"I have stayed here before and it is one of the few hotels in Plymouth that has air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a hairdryer and iron. There are also flavored water and apples available in the lobby every day for guests. The staff is always lovely. It is very close to the mall, food and the Barbican. ..."

"Reception staff very helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything you need. Bed was very comfy and view from room on 4th floor was fabulous. Did not eat at hotel but would have liked to, so maybe next time. Plenty of free parking."
