No teníamos ni idea que el baño se comparte con la habitación de al lado. Por suerte estaba desocupada, sino hubiéramos cambiado aún perdiendo la reserva.

David from Hotel Stille upgraded our standard double room to studio apartment with balcony. What a pleasant surprise when we opened the door of apartment. Everything is so nice and we wish we could stay longer… Thank you David for the free upgrade !! We would like to suggest maybe the hotel could install white light in the living hall area as we feel it would be easier to search for our things in the hall

Although we booked a non-smoking room, the whole appartment smelled like cold smoke, which is really ugly especially for non-smokers. When calling the agency, they seemed to be aware but not really care. Would not go again.

Dear DeliaThank you very much for your feedback. We really regrett that your stay at our place did not meet your expectations and you gave us the worst possible rating. All of our Studios and Apartments are non smoking rooms and after checking your Studio personally, there was no odor of cigarettes smellable from the room itself. It was much more obvious, that the cigarette smell was coming through the opened window as the guests below your Studio were smoking on their balcony. Nevertheless, we would like to honestly apologize for the inconvenience and the bad experice at our place and we would like to invite you to be our guest again in the future, so that we could convince you from the beauty and the great atmosphere at the Aladin Apartments Sincerely Yours

The place is better than we expected!! David is the one who welcomed us. He is super nice and very responsive!!!! The place is clean and bright. The breakfast in the Youth Hostel is too plain. We checked and left. If you are coming from the train station, take bus 9 and get off at the last stop “Youth Hostel”. The hotel is just across the parking lot. You can buy bus ticket on the bus, 9 CHF/person, but only 1 per hr. Overall, it’s a good place and good value.

Affordable, clean and great staff!!! Good value.
We decided to go to the winder polo match at the last second and found Hotel Stille. It is clean and economical. The staff is super kind and helpful! The breakfast buffet is good and there is storage for bags and skis. There is also a bus that runs every 30 minutes in front of the hotel It is filled with skiers heading to the gondola. It's on the other side of the lake from the train station, so if you can get the bus to and from the station, that is ideal is it is only 3 francs compared to around 30 - 40 francs for a taxi. There is a nice little bar and people are super sociable. I met people at breakfast and then saw them at the polo later and we caught up some more. There is a nice little bar, which is full of skiers and fun folks in the evenings. I would recommend it 100%.

The host upgraded me to a private studio for free! The apartment was modern, squeaky clean, nicely furnished, with floor heating, kitchenette, dish washer, free parking, complimentary toiletries, and stable free wifi. I even got a tourist card from the reception which enabled me to take the cable car to Diavolezza for free (that saved me 40 chf!) The location is not in downtown St.Moritz, but I definitely prefer St.Moritz-Bad because it's super-close to the lake, the ice skating rink, and the spa (Ovaverva) To summarize: absolutely recommended!!

Très bon rapport qualité prix
La décoration est simple et fonctionnelle. L’hôtel est facilement accessible par la route avec parking gratuit, le tout à 5min du centre de St. Moritz. Les chambres sont confortables, petit déjeuner compris : un très bon rapport qualité prix !

Sehr viel Platz im Appartment. Kueche ist gut eingerichtet mit den Basics was man so braucht, inklusive Backofen und Geschirrspuehler. Personal an der Rezeption ist hilfreich.

Save your money!
Studio gebucht, Doppelzimmer erhalten. Alle Studios seien belegt. Vier Doppelzimmer angeschaut, davon hatte drei einen Geruch, dass man fast umgefallen ist (gammelig). Die Doppelzimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, mit Gemeinschaftsbad, kein TV und Blick auf Bauhof. Nicht was ich gebucht hatte. Eine Nacht und nie wieder. Tipp: Youth Hostel nebenan ist moderner und besser ausgerüstet.
