It seems that there has been a misunderstanding during your call to the hotel. We apologize if we were not clear enough on the implementation of our cancellation policy. Your cancellation on the 4th of June was already outside of the free cancellation period - which was stated in your booking confirmation and which you were told by Expedia and also by the reservations team when calling. Unfortunately, we were not able to reconstruct your statement that the manager can make an exception on site, as this is not our usual procedure. Dear RandallWe are very sorry that you did not appreciate our bar and the menu choices.Actually, we have five different restaurants, one buffet, one Mediterranean, one pizzeria, one Japanese, one Thai and one Indian, plus the lobby bar and take-away service. There is also the possibility of booking half board in the Dine Around formula so you can try them all during your stay.We hope to surprise you positively on another occasion. Best regards
