"Wonderful stay. Clean and with all the amenities you need. Great location. Privacy. Lovely pub with great food, super friendly. Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service. Highly recommend and we’ll be back in the autumn."

"Our stay at Bloom Stays Pilgrim Lodge, set on the McCann Brewery site was very relaxing. The lodge blends rustic charm with modern comfort, featuring cosy, stylish interiors and everything needed for a relaxing stay including a fab hot tub. Its unique location adds character, surrounded by lovely villages and a peaceful atmosphere. "The property appeared fine at first glance but once I'd spent a little time there it became clear it was not properly clean. The sofa had something crusted to it. The wall above the bed had clearly visible dust balls sticking to it across the whole length (difficult to see in the photos, but obvious in person). The bedding had a funny smell in some places but not others. The floor was gritty so my feet were soon unclean again after a shower. All of this was particularly disappointing as I had...

"A little gem nestled in the countryside with glorious views. Lucy’s apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy, comfortable and very well equipped. Lucy is an absolute hoot- very welcoming and full of suggestions of things to see or do. Perfect for dogs too, with a lovely enclosed garden and lots of walks from the location detailed in the information folder. Lots of lovely pubs nearby too including a local just across the way. We would definitely come back."

"Heel leuk huisje met alles er op en eraan! Super lekker bed en geweldige douche. Op goede locatie, vlakbij Rye, en het strand. Wel even moeten zoeken want huisje ligt aan redelijk drukke weg en Google geeft een andere plek aan op de weg. Dus we stonden in eerste instantie op verkeerde plek. Absolute aanrader!"

"What a fabulous place! Communication before arrival was great, providing everything we needed for a self check in. We were early so were foreced to sample a pint in the bar which was great - really good atmosphere in there. Once in th e accomodation, we didn't leave or speak to another human! We were blessed with beautiful weather and had brought enough supplies with us. The view is fantastic, and I spent hours on the deck just chilling out. The accomodation was perfect for two. Clean and...

"The novelty of staying in a 400 year old property, in an incredible location, right in the middle of Rye, made this the perfect place for a long weekend. Everything needed was right out the front door - museums, castle, pubs, and cafes. The actual house was well laid out with decent furnishings and clean towels, and linens. However, it was dirty in areas, like the crockery all had to be washed before use, blinds were dirty and dusty, and there was a lot of dust, dirt and dog hair around. Not...
