"While the location was a few miles from Pullman, the drive was pretty from Steptow Butte and the price very affordable. Note. Do not follow any Google route onto gravel or dirt roads, use the paved highway. The apartment is light and airy, with a full kitchen. The unit is on the second floor. The evening and morning cloud formations were really pretty. Very quiet and comfortable bed and sofa bed. Communication with Ethan was very easy and he was quick with responses. Thank you Ethan."

"Very attractive spacious condo in a nice modern building just a short drive or bike ride to downtown CDA. Nicely appointed, clean, full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony, and 2 new cruiser bikes free to use. Stephen gave excellent instructions and replied right away to my questions. The bakery located in the building was very convenient. The only downside was the bed was a little too firm for our comfort, but the bedding was high quality."
