"Our stay at this house was very convenient and we would gladly stay there again. Communicating with the property manager was excellent - prompt, thorough, professional. The living room is very pleasant & comfortable. We did not cook during our stay; however, the kitchen is also pleasant, well supplied and the appliances look reasonably new. There are a few comments which are easily addressed. 1) Light bulbs - several were not working. 2) Bathroom fan cover - The cover needs to be cleaned. 3)...

Was not disclosed prior to renting. Did not have hot water for first couple days. Property manager had me try resetting heater several times.
