The host was very responsive, and the location was great for the many things we wanted to do in St Louis. We were minutes from the Botanical Gardens, Zoo, Science Center, Forest Park, etc.

Great location to the Zoo, Science Center and even the Dogtown St.Patrick’s Day Parade! Home was very nice and clean. Would stay again!

Excellent place! Our family of 4 was very comfortable. The house was clean, decorated nicely, and well stocked with everything we needed. Location is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to good food and the sights of STL. Great communication from the property managers. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Parents Weekend WashU

Extremely clean, renovated. Cozy feeling and a GREAT location. We’ve stayed in multiple places around the area, but this place is the top of our list!! The downstairs is a great extra space to Hang out and nap.

The hosts of this house wereGreat- friendly and quick communication. The house is a simple house and not like a luxury VRBO but the price is amazing! We had 4 adults and we did not stay at the house often so it worked. But note it is an overall smaller house and not overly cozy with regards to seating but it is functional and the location was great for us. The updates for bathroom and kitchen are nice. They have an abundance of towels and blankets which was nice and often rare- provided good amenities.

The home was lovely and comfortable. Each night was quiet and peaceful and we got a great night sleep. All our planned activities were a short drive away.

A great stay!

There was everything we needed. Plus a bottle of wine and full Kureg carousel. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with good parking. There is a full living room and bathroom in the basement. We would stay again!

Perfect location

We lived in STL from '06-'09 and we had a great time re-visiting some of our old haunts: Zoo, The Hill, Sculpture Park, Covenant Seminary, the Arch and riverfront...the location was perfect. Just a mile south of the Zoo and Forest Park. House is in a quiet neighborhood, with a small yard in the back and a great basement for extra space.

The house was smaller then the pictures indicated but it was very cute and cozy. Very clean and the wine in the fridge was a nice touch. Beds were comfy and very soft sheets. Close to everything we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood. The only thing I would suggest is a front porch light. Not safe walking up in the dark. Enjoyed our stay.

Family weekend(girls only)!

A few suggestions observations: Blinds in front bedroom(streetlight), beds are too soft, creeking floor wakes basement sleeper, reading light in bedroom,side tables in living room would be nice. Great location, we walked to the Olympia Kebob House! Had dinner at Gian-Tony's(fantastic). Plan on returning to St Louis soon.

We liked: 2 bedrooms w/comfy beds; 2 full bathrooms (one with tub/shower); other sleeping options (hide-a-beds); back yard with trees, patio, herb garden, lawn; quiet residential neighborhood; driveway or street parking; full kitchen that was well-equipped; basement room with workdesk, couch, bathroom, laundry room. House had nice finishes, not moldy/mildewy at all. Only complaint was creaky wood floor in bedrooms and hallway. Property manager was helpful, accommodating, and a good communicator. The house was charming and we were comfortable there.
