Cute historical home

It was in a quiet neighborhood, felt safe, nicely remodeled and had lots of beds . Because it was a historical home, the floors were very creaky and loud but since we didn’t have small children, it wasn’t a problem for us. The beds were too soft and we sunk in to the middle but other than that we had a great time.

This location is Awesome!!!

If you are looking for a place that will house 11 people comfortably. This is the place to select. We had so much to do in St Louis and the location was so close to all the places we went. We loved this house and the area. I walked/ran every morning and had a great area to workout. The house was clean and beautiful inside with a homey feeling. Take my advice, select this house for a great vacation.

Meet Me in Saint Louis

Great week getting around Saint Louis seeing the sites! Easy to get downtown. Kitchen functioned well and table great for sitting around eating and talking. Beds were so comfy. Very quiet house.

St. Louis get away

We were in STL for 2 days taking our 6 grandchildren ages (15months-11) to the Arch & City museum. The house was within 10-15 minutes of these & as advertised in the listing. Emily, the host was very responsive & pleasant to deal with. The code lock on the door made it easier if we divided up not to deal with a key (you do have to pull it firmly when leaving for the lock to easily work). The house was well stocked with plenty of beds for our crew & we loved the toys/highchair for the 15 month old we had. We had no issues with safety of our vehicles both on the street & in carport.

Finally, sound machines in EVERY room! HOORAY!

Spacious w/ SO many sleeping options! 1st FL BR = huge win for the older folks in our group who ONLY had to manage the stairs to shower. And, a sound machine in each bedroom is something I always thought EVERY short-term rental ought to offer! Would recommend a window + kitchen cabinet/drawer spring clean. Also have to echo the comments of prior guests that (given the number of people this property can accommodate) figuring out a way to squeeze out a few more TV's + another "gathering space" (maybe in the foyer?) would be 'chefs kiss'! We had some reservations about the neighborhood initially, but it ended up being super chill/quiet! A great stay overall. We LOVED the large dining table + well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our stay at this home was excellent point the amount of space, the cleanliness of the space, the location in vicinity to many local attractions, and all of the amenities provided an excellent experience to us and all of our guests. I would recommend this location to any one looking for an elegant experience on the southside of St. Louis

Multiple Family get-together

This was a great home base to catch-up with my cousin and her family as well as include my dad. Great set-up for both kids and adults — plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms. Easy access to the City Museum and the Arch. The owner also included helpful tips on nearby restaurants. We had a great time catching up with extended family and exploring St Louis!

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay. The layout and number of bedrooms was perfect for our group of 2 families. We had 4 adults and 6 kids including an infant and the bedroom options were perfect. Our only suggestion would be better living room furniture. The chairs were not very comfortable and there wasn’t enough space for all 10 of us to sit comfortably and watch a movie together. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! The host was wonderful!

Great Host

Emily made the process of booking super easy and she was super helpful. The property was well stocked with items for our group to use. She thought of lots of things. This house was great for the kiddos. She had a closet with toys, strollers and highchairs. Great house to stay in for our large family.

Lots of places to sleep so if the bed wasn’t a great fit for you there were many more options. Tons of space for family to spread out. Only wish there was a little more seating in the family room. Had everything you would need from towels, pillows, bathroom supplies and a ton of items if you were bringing along little ones. Even has private parking so no hassle finding a spot for your two cars. Would highly recommend

Great spot

We chose to stay at this house due to having twelve of us staying in St.Louis for a family vacation. This place was ideal as it was big enough for all of us (5 adults and 7 kids (ages 3-16), close to downtown, and close to other attractions around St.Louis. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and very helpful for information for things to do around town. Definitely will stay here if we head down again.

Spring Break

2 families together for Spring Break - 9 people total. We had plenty of sleeping space and room for everyone! 5 of the party were children who slept in the bunk room so they did wish there was more than one TV in the house but that was the only complaint they had for night time winding down! Close to everything we wanted to do! Communication with Emily was always quick and easy and the house had everything we needed!

Amazing Stay!

We had a large family trip to St Louis & stayed at the Miami House. Communication was great! The host was in constant communication making sure that we had everything we needed and more. Very clean & comfortable. The most stocked Vrbo I have ever stayed at. Fenced in yard was great for kids! Great location! Central to everything we did. 5/5 ratings acrossed the board!
