Pretty *3BDR/2Bath Home* in a Good Area Next to Parks & Close to Downtown!

  • The home is remodeled with a stylish design accomodating families, business travelers as well as vacationers. The neighborhood is safe and an excellent location to explore all that St Louis has to offer. It is located next to the beautiful Carondelet Park( few minutes walk), 10 min drive to Downtown, the Arch, Busch Stadium and the Ball Park Village. A short drive to a Missouri Botanical garden, the St Louis Zoo and all of the exhibits in Forest Park. If you love frozen Custard, the famous Ted Drewes is just a few minutes drive away in St Louis Hills.

    The home is 890 sq. ft. upstairs and a total of 1400 sq. ft finished space with basement! It has 2 bedroom and 1 bath and a queen size sofa bed on main level and a fully finished basement.The basement has a living room and a bedroom and a master bathroom. On both level the living rooms are very spacious with comfy couches and equipped with 55' and 50'' LED flatscreen TVs. You can watch NETFLIX on both TV's, in addition the downstairs living room TV's has Amazon Prime. The home includes a washer/dryer, High speed Wifi internet, master bedroom ceiling fan, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds in every bedroom and a cozy and stylish design. The house has an on an off street ( garage ) parking for your conveniance.

Just What We Were Looking For

Andrea's house had everything we needed, from the kitchen supplies to the linens. The beds, dining chairs and couches were comfortable, and even the neighbors were friendly. We all very much appreciated our stay and would love to book again in the future.

The house is nice overall but could use some better maintenance/housekeeping. The beds were decent but one was very squeaky. The shower head in the basement bathroom was loose and sprayed all over so we couldn't use it. The towels and blankets were still wet from the cleaning people washing them. The owner apologized and said she would address the issues.

Great property!

Perfect accommodations for our family of 5. Enjoyed the arch, the zoo, Magic House, and City Museum. Great place to visit! Definitely check out Ted Drewes Frozen Custard close by! Clean home, plenty of space to spread out, would highly recommend this home!

Cute and comfortable

We enjoyed the home during our stay in St Lois . It was a comfortable house and very roomy for our family of four . Having two family rooms was a bonus so my husband and I could relax and watch tv upstairs and the teenagers could game downstairs. The beds were comfortable. We plan to book again in the spring/summer time .

Just what we needed

The home was very comfortable and in a great location. It is just a short drive to Busch stadium and the Art Museum. We also walked to the park nearby.

Time

We decided to take a trip the week of thanksgiving to a new state our kids had not been to. We stayed busy with activities we had planned. The location of the house was convenient to all of our plans. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Quiet little getaway

The house was perfect for us! Such a nice quiet area, yet close to everything. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space and enjoy the trip. We will book this again in the future!!

Perfect location

We loved our stay in this cute house. So close to all the things we wanted to see without being in the middle of the city. The house was clean and well furnished. We even made a few meals there. We had everything we needed. We will be back!

Great house for family trip

Very clean and nicely decorated 3 bedroom house in very quiet neighborhood. HUGE shower in downstairs bathroom. Nice linens and beds comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely book again!

Clean, accessible, easy

Enjoyed our stay in this cute house with lovely bedding and comfortable mattresses. Communication with the owner was straightforward and helpful at all times. The property was clean and well cared for. We didn't use the kitchen, but we sure did sleep well! Would definitely stay here again.

Great House

We had a wonferful time in St Louis on our family vacation. The house was well kept, clean and in a great location. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. All the major St Louis attractions were only about 20 minutes away or less. I would definitely book this place again.

Fantastic

The house was close to local family making it ideal to go to and return from visiting. The house was also centralized to the many activities and sites offered in St. Louis making it more enjoyable. Our host was always responsive to any emails I sent her way, which was reassuring that if anything did arise out of the ordinary she would respond without us having to wait long. Thank you for the fantastic stay!

Host very accommodating

Property was perfect for ladies trip of four to visit St Louis. Private basement bedroom, sitting area and bathroom, in addition to two bedrooms upstairs. The property had gotten skipped on the cleaning schedule but after speaking to VRBO and host it was quickly resolved while we went to dinner. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.
