This was an amazing little apartment. Airy bedroom with lots of closet space, small sitting room, good kitchen with spacious refrigerator, and clean bathroom with washer/dryer combo. The neighborhood is as good as it gets--walkable and safe, with restaurants and coffee shops on every corner. Parking was perfect, with a private lot that was respected by non-residents. My only warning is the long flight of exterior stairs, which might be a deal-breaker for those with disabilities.

Lovely neighborhood

Overall it is a lovely space and location. It's next to a beautiful park and fountain and is very walkable to lots of restaurants in the Hill. You have a parking in a lot next to the apt. The parking is very tight unless the last 2 spots are open- which usually were. The apt was a little smaller than thought based on photos but it had everything you need for a person or couple. The bed was comfy and the bedroom and closet were a good size. There is a washer/dryer which is very nice. We didn't receive the code at check in but Debbie was very responsive. The only downside is that St Ambrose church across the street, rings their bells starting at 6a and then 630a and then on the hour after but stopped early evening. This might be just M-F as they have 630a and 12p mass. The gelato shop downstairs makes some noise with cleaning around 7-8a. It was manageable with earplugs if you want to sleep in or are a light sleeper. The couch is also not very comfortable but extra pillows did help and the side chair is better.Overall the comfy bed, nice balcony patio, the neighborhood and the supportive hosts make it a lovely stay!

Perfect for our needs

We live nearby, but were having the wood floors in our house refinished and needed a place to stay. We loved the walkability to restaurants and the view of the fountain from the balcony. There were fresh herbs growing on the balcony as well! The kitchen had everything we could have wanted, and we were so thankful to have the laundry machines available to us. Husband and I still had to work while staying here, and access to the highway was easy and the adjoining parking lot meant we didn't have to fight for street parking space. If you want a cute, well decorated, close to action kind of place, this is it!

Wonderful property- terrific neighborhood

The property was fantastic, all the small touches by the host helps you understand the history of the Hill it was so cool ! The property was spotless and was ready early which worked out great. Walking around the neighborhood at whatever time felt safe. Do not miss this one, if you need a place to stay while visiting St. Louis!

Perfect Apartment in a Perfect Neighborhood

I knew nothing about the Italian-American neighborhood called The Hill until I took this trip. I’m so happy that I discovered this gem! The apartment was lovely and located right in the heart of the neighborhood. I loved the fact that the apartment came with its own parking spot. My husband and I were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The church courtyard next to the apartment was so peaceful. I would highly recommend staying at this property and plan on staying there again.

Awesome location!

This was our first time visiting St Louis and we had a blast! Apartment is super cute and clean. The bed is really comfortable and the location is great!! Great communication with owners as well. We hope to visit again soon!

Hill Property

Excellent location , only 15 minutes to downtown St Louis. Well maintained property and in a very friendly neighborhood. 1 plus was the gelato place downstairs. Many restaurants and local drinking establishments. More fitting for adults. Safe area, responsive host. Would stay again. This is minor but the height of the love seat was a bit low, but sitting on pillows were an easy remedy
