Family Graduation

Perfect location for visiting with family and attending a Graduation Party in the area. Just minutes down the road from our niece and all the graduation festivities. The house was very clean, beautiful newly remodeled kitchen, and perfect amenities. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating when we had a time change to our plans.

Just enough

Great place! We liked the location, what’s a couple of potholes? Beds were wonderful. Kitchen was perfect. No backyard really. There is a wonderful play area for kids infant to probably 6th or 8th grade that is only 1 mile away. It is called Empire Kids-Fenton. Really nice, not crowded, 20 per kid all day come and go. Adults are free (2adults per kid). Infants 1 are free. Tons to do. Kids could last all day!! Better than 6 flags for young kids.

nice for what it was

The house was very clean, comfy beds, big kitchen and nice inside. It was a good house if you are going on day trips and need a place to crash at night. It would not be so great if you are planning on staying at the house for your vacation. Although it sleeps up to 12, there is only room for 6 at the table and sitting in the living room. There is no outside space for hanging out with a steep drop-off in the back yard. plenty of parking space though. The road has so many potholes that you could lose your car in if not careful. It was good for what we neeeded it to be as we left each day to go into the city.

Nice house

The house was very nice. Neighborhood was not great. Road to the house was rough, lots of potholes. Plenty of room for our group. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice living areas. Dining table was only for 6 so our group of 9 couldn't eat at the table together.

Nice place

We had a family gathering in the St Luis area. This place was big enough that the majority of the family was able to stay at the same location. It is a little was outside the city, but the drive wasn’t too bad. We all enjoyed the place.

The house needed some decorating updates and better stairs to the upper level. Also smelled of faint cigarette smoke. Lots of potholes on the street.

Family wedding stay

I'm 83 years old and found the steps to bit narrow and steep, but I finally figured it out. There was one hand towel that had been used, folded up and put back, but when my son opened it, it was filthy in the center. As a suggestion, you might plug in a multiple outlet socket in each bedroom for charging cell phones, laptops,watches, etc. Overall, we enjoyed the house.

would not return!

We were looking forward to this stay but overall the experience was not at all a 5 star visit. First, the hosts changed our check in time & pushed it back by 30 mins (despite sending a screen shot proof of the check in time listed in our booking - the host never responded to this message.) Then 15 minutes before the house was due to be available we get another message that they need an additional hour. Some of our guests were already in town waiting to check in, so this was extremely frustrating. We heard nothing for over an hour, until we received a message that the house was done and they were there waiting for us to check in. HUGE red flag as VRBO’s entire platform is based on safety/having your own space. After texting and messaging the host requesting they leave the premesis, we finally received a response an 15 minutes later confirming they were gone only to find them sitting outside the house upon arrival. When we did finally get inside we were shocked at the condition of the home. The house had an odor of stale cigarette smoke upon first opening the door. There was stains/dirt on walls, a staircase with no flooring, a shower that did not drain properly, a bookshelf that could fall at any time, etc. We had a god laugh at the “no shoes” requirement as floors were so dirty they were leaving socks/feet completely black. The neighborhood was also highly questionable & the house does not have enough linens for even 6 guests! I could go on but I’m out of characters!

Comfortable house

We enjoyed our stay! The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. One note for others- it is a split-level house, so there are a few (steep) stairs to navigate. A very quiet neighborhood, just the birds chirping in the surrounding trees.

Six Flags Trip

There were 8 of us who made it and even though we were just there for 12 hours, it was great. The sleeping arrangements were odd with our group (half couples, half not) so the multiple beds made it so much easier. The beds were super comfy and the house had everything we needed. Plenty of parking for us in a quiet neighborhood close to target, schnucks, etc, and was only 25 minutes from Six Flags. Host was quick to respond to my questions and I appreciated that! Wish we had stayed longer, honestly!

Great place great price

This place was perfect for me and several pickleball friends for a tournament at MPC. The house was only 2 miles from our tournament and very convenient. Will definitely be staying here again for upcoming tournaments.
