Great place! Easy access and location. The owner was helpful and responsive. You are on the bottom half of the duplex so just hope the upstairs rental people aren’t loud. Would recommend though!

Such a cute and welcoming place! Had everything you needed. A group of moms stayed in the winter, access from street and back parking space perfect! Kitchen really useful, loved the large dinning room table and every bed very comfortable. Lots of kid stuff, we did not use but appreciated.

Another wonderful stay with my family! With four young children, it is such a relief to not have to bring our own pack n play, high chair, baby monitors, sound machines, etc. Sara has thought of everything and we feel right at home here! Already looking forward to returning again in the future.

The host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Seriously, they will take care of you if you stay here! They even write a guide that is incredibly accurate and helpful of things to do in the neighborhood and St. Louis.Please be aware this is a ground-story unit with an active vrbo rental above you as well. If that doesn't bother you, this place will have all the amenities you need for a great stay. And again, if you don't, the host will make sure you have access to it.Would gladly stay again.

This was our second time staying here (first on the ground level, previously on the second floor). We love it so much. Its perfectly located for all that we needed (Busch, The Dome, zoo, grocery). We have 2 young kids and really appreciate the baby gear, toys and the backyard is so helpful when you've done all tour activities and need to kill some time. The house is clean and neighborhood feels safe. We'll continue to come back!

Kid centric, central location

Remarkably kid friendly with everything we needed - especially the playground in the back! Extremely close to botanical gardens (with massive kids area). Perfect spot for our family.

Great for a family with young kids

We stayed for a week as a family and loved the location. The house was clean and the hosts are very responsive. The neighbors are very friendly. It was great to sit on the back porch and let the kids play after a day of adventures.

Perfect for a family getaway

This property was awesome for our little family getaway. It had everything we needed for our 3 and 1 year old. They loved the playset! The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed being able to walk to the botanical gardens and to grab doughnuts!

Great spot in ST. Louis

Communication with the host was great and timely! Town house had everything we needed and more. Great location on a quiet street with parking behind the house. Great outdoor space and a great location, close to a huge park, and not far from the zoo!

Good for families.

The location of the property was very convenient, all of our destinations were within a 10 minute drive. The kids loved the playground and the toys that were stocked in the home. The binder was very helpful in finding local food and conveniences. Would stay again!

Cozy house in the city

We had a wonderful stay at this charming city home. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a great neighborhood close to the Botanical Gardens and many of St. Louis’ top attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Families with Littles!

Quiet little stay in the city

The property was exactly as pictured/described in the listing. The house had a lot of nice touches that made it feel very homey. After a day on the road we had lots of room to spread out and the kids enjoyed the toys inside and the play equipment outside. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. Sara was quick to ask if we had any problems and offered a huge list of things to do in the area.

The kids loved it so much they wanted to move there!

If you’re traveling with little ones, this is the place to be. They’ve got everything you could need, so you can travel light. The neighborhood felt very safe, and it’s very close to all St. Louis has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this condo with our 3 kids aged 7,6, and 3! The kids loved their sleeping options, having a TV in their rooms, and their own personal playground! The condo has all that you could possibly want and need. It’s spacious, clean, and has lovely updates. The location is second to none, near everything we wanted to do with the kids. We will be back! Weekend stay for event in Forest Park

This rental was in the perfect location for access to our event in Forest Park. We had 4 adults & 3 children in our group and had plenty of room. The indoor and outdoor seating created ample room for gathering, eating and visiting. The 1 bathroom wasnt an issue and there was ample hot water for 4 showers in less than an hour. This host was readily accessible for messages and provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay (shampoo, body wash, lots of towels, kitchen essentials). The neighborhood was quiet and had ample parking. We would Definitely consider renting this property again.

Fantastic Family-based property

Wow! We loved staying here. Everything was very clean and accessible. Our kids spent hours playing in the playset in the backyard. We don't have an infant, but the property had everthing we would have needed. The beds were comfortable. The dining table was larger than I thought too, which was a nice surprise. Easy walk to the Botanic Gardens and drivable to Forest Park. Strollers and bikes too. Great experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. This cute home housed me and my wife, our 3 children, and my in-laws for 6 days, and no one went crazy! Sara has done a great job with details for this property. There were several coffee and espresso options, with a supply of ground coffee and espresso. There were plenty of ice trays, and my favorite - giant 2 inch ice molds for cocktails...or kids wanting a giant ice ball. The house comes stocked with a few games, books, and playsets (magnatiles, train set, etc.) to keep everyone occupied. I could do without the chalkboard wall in one of the rooms, but others might enjoy this. The backyard swingset is better than the one at our real home, and there's a playhouse equipped with toys...and a sandbox! Everything was a bit...cozy with the 7 of us, but we made it work The neighborhood is cute and quiet. There are not a ton of restaurants to walk to, but there are a few and there are endless options within 10 minutes drive. Finally, Sara was able to accommodate a last minute change to our schedule without any problem. We would highly recommend this place!

Family fun rendezvous with grandparents

We met halfway between our households to get grandparents and grandkids together for a fun week in St. Louis. The location was conveniently located near lots of attractions - short drive to Forest Park and City Museum, and walking distance to the botanical gardens and Tower Grove Park. I wasn't familiar with areas of St. Louis when booking, but felt very safe in this location. The rental was very well appointed for family and pet stay. My kids loved the play structure in the back yard and the extra books and Magnatiles.
