Elevators were dirty and sticky. Someone should always be at the front desk. Phones didn’t work. People on upper level were loud. Had to call multiple times to the front desk to ask them to do something about it.

We complained about a man who was smoking marijuana in his room and it was ignored. The sink drain was extremely clogged & gross. The shower leaked water all over bathroom floor and ran out into the door way of room entrance. We want a refund because of the property not being “non smoking” and the issues withe water drainage and shower leaking. We did report the smoking issue to the night staff and the water problems to the day staff.

It was a great stay. The hotel, staff and entire area was very clean and the staff very helpful. There was only one minor thing missing , we stayed for two nights and there was no sugar for our breakfast coffee either day! This was our second stay and we will definitely stay again.

The room was nice, but the entire hotel seemed very very loud. We were on the second floor, but we could just hear noise all night long and all day long.

My rating is lower than normal because they are in the middle of a renovation. My room was renovated, and it was nice. However, the lobby and eating area was still under construction and being painted..

The room had a bad oddor, the mattress was uncomfortable & old. The sheets were ripped. The pillows were lumppy, old & uncomfortable. There was paint slopped on door handles. The 3rd floor that we were put on seemed like it was newly remodeled but poorly. There was loud constructiin going on on the 2nd floor & employees were overheard yelling at each other. The room was way over priced but i was issued a credi but have yet to see it on my credit card.

It wasn’t a bad place it just wasn’t the best it was clean but just enough to be passable enough like the table in between the beds was dusted but only as far as they could reach by semi bending over the dust was so thick beyond easy hand reach one bed literally had board hanging out sides at least 2 1/2 inches it’s not in any way modern stuff was even still left in our mini fridge

Always great!
We have stayed here many times over the years with our boys playing baseball in the St. Louis area. They’ve recently remodeled the entire third floor which is where we stayed. The new upgrades are modern and comfortable. We will always stay here if given the option.

The room was very warm. We had the AC in in the middle of December. Found out we were above the laundry room. The room was very dusty. It didn’t seem to have been cleaned or mopped before we arrived. We had an ant infestation that they had to come and clean and spray for. We were left a half roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Had to ask for a roll both days for 3 women.
