Great location, easy to check in, adequate kitchen. Only comment is that would be nice to have a check in sheet with general info on it. Where to find what, WiFi password, how to leave the house upon checkout, etc.

Spacious. Stayed here twice now. 1st-4 adults, 2 kids / 2nd and this time 5 adults. Love that it has 2 bathrooms with showers. Just wish it had more livingroom seating. We brought inflatable chairs this time around for extra seating. But otherwise we like the location and the spaciousness of this place. Host responded quickly to questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

Great location in downtown St. Louis. Located close to a beautiful park and The Hill neighborhood with delicious Italian restaurants and easy drives to the St. Louis Zoo, Budweiser Brewery,the Botanical Gardens and the Arch. Comfortable beds and large open kitchen and dining room area where we could hang out and play games. On street parking wasn’t an issue.

House was super clean and in good repair. Kitchen was nicely stocked with almost anything you might need to cook a meal. Fenced in backyard was an added bonus as we had 2 dogs with us. Host was super responsive and corrected a forgotten item within minutes! Highly recommend this property and would stay again!

Big house near The Hill

This house was nice and comfortable enough for our long weekend stay. I did reach out to the owner with a few suggestions for improvements, lamps and area rugs in the bedrooms, and hooks for towels in the bathrooms. He was amenable to that. If he makes those changes, I would say this property could be a 5.

Perfect location

We were in town for a family wedding, it fit our needs. We like the location easy to get around for sight seeing and close to wedding venue.Safe neighborhood, easy available parking. The stairs could be challenging the anyone with impaired mobility they’re somewhat steep and a bit rickety. It’s an older home. Nice yard and porch. The twin bedrooms connect through one of the bedrooms and there is a washer and dryer in the bedroom that leads to the second twin room. It fit our needs as we wanted 4 bedrooms and 4 beds. I didn’t realize the twin bedrooms were connect, one is very small but it’s same as listed. Beds were comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were perfect.The main living space is roomy and comfortable. The Main Street off the side street house is on, can sound busy in the morning. Pleasant neighborhood. Host was great and very responsive.

St. Louis Wedding

We were in town for a family wedding and the location provided easy access to all of the wedding activities. Andrew was a great communicator and responded quickly to all of our inquires. The house was clean and comfortable! Make sure to explore The Hill and experience the wonderful Italian cuisine. We would definitely stay at the "Beautiful 4 bedroom Home by the Hill" again.

Weekend with Mom & Sisters

We had a great stay for our weekend together. Our host was helpful, accommodating and quick to respond.After the first night everyone was so impressed with how comfortable the mattresses were and how quiet it was inside the house. This location was great for us. We went to the Botanical Gardens, enjoyed authentic Italian pizza, had a wonderful meal at a Mexican restaurant that was only a few blocks away. There is lots to do in this area-near the garden district and the Hill-and it is close to the interstate.We are hoping to return for another fun time together!

Excellent stay in St. Louis

The property is in a great location in The Hill neighborhood. Very central to many attractions. We visited the zoo, City Museum, Union Station, the Arch, and Forrest Park. All were very easy drives from this property. I think the longest drive was 10 minutes.Highly recommended, I would stay here again!
