Employees very helpful. The apartments are a bit outdated and need some upgrading. I wish they had beach towels available. On the Friday the music near the property was very loud from 10 pm to midnight, which was annoying since I had to wake up at 3am for an early flight

Outdated apartment was assigned to me. Replacements and renovations were needed. I'm actually shocked by the 10/10 reviews because the apartment I was assigned to wasn't clean upon arrival with extremely outdated appliances and furniture to the knobs on both the bathroom, shower, and kitchen sink were dirty and rusted. The shower curtain was dirty upon arrival as well. I went to the main office and complained and they had someone come and check out the room and the woman's facial expressions and response as if it was normal for the apartment to look like that. Absolutely unexceptable. The staff attempted to clean the door knobs around all sinks, but honestly that didn't do much for the room. The only new items in the apartment were the microwave and TV. There weren't any blankets placed over the bed, instead they placed some extremely thin layer of material over the bed. Highly disappointed in this property. I spent my hard earned money to stay here and it wasn't good at all. I only stayed here for two days because my trip wasn't extended last minute and all of the places I wanted to stay at were sold out.

All the staff were very nice and helpful, particularly Barbara who showed us the way to the pharmacy! The room was cleaned every day and the pool was very nice to enjoy after a day at the beach. The pool had a good railing which made it easy to get in and out of. The 3 local beaches are within walking distance and the local buses are about a 10 min walk. Easy, casual and relaxing spot!

The appartments were in a perfect position for the beach, very close. Our flight was delayed home and the office was so kind and helpful finding airline phone numbers for me, we were so grateful, I highly recommend these apartments.

I stayed at this facility several times, also several of my family members and friends and our stay there was very good. The staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly. They provided prompt assistance as needed and are always willing to help with anything. The place is very clean. However, there should be air condition in all areas of the one-bedroom suite, not only the bedroom; the fan is inadequate for the hot weather.

Good choice for The Gap
Really pleased we decided to stay here. Helpful and friendly staff. Lovely clean pool. Very well stocked kitchen with equipment. We had a large studio room with a balcony . It is also at the quieter end of St Lawrence Gap which suited us but near enough to walk to all the restaurants and bars. Good quiet beach just across the road where the turtles swim by.

Perfect location to get to any of the south beaches. Far enough away from the main road and noise from ZRs but close enough to walk to catch them. Towels were changed every day. We stayed in Wendy House and although they have 2 showers only 1 was big enough to comfortably use so all 4 of us had to use just the one. Some of the window slats in bedroom 2 don’t close all the way so the AC would escape easily. Overall very good experience, would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel apartments montaray st Lawrence gap everything you could possibly need provided by them full cooker over microwave full kitchen very clean basic room Sandra house cleaner was a lovely lady worth her weight in gold she puts everything into her job what she enjoys reception staff very helpful and pleasant always garden areas kept lovely and maintained along with the pool Will definitely be returning thank you

As we expected, this was a “no frills” property but it was just what our family wanted. The apartment was clean, housekeeping and reception were excellent, and the location was perfect for taking in local culture in Dover in St. Lawrence Gap. The Dover Beach was really nice and the area is close to safe local transportation. There is also plenty to do in the area. We would return.

Great apartments in a perfect location if you want to be within walking distance of the Gap and the beach! The kitchens are clean with everything you need, and the apartment was cleaned daily. Really spacious and good flexibility, should you need to add an extra person, which suited us as a group of friends. Lovely food at the on-site restaurant- Irie foods. Communication from the property was superb, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely book these again!

I was charged for fees, local taxes and VAT twice. Tried to explain to the receptionist who wouldnt listen. Ended up paying to avoid further delays. Advise to others; check what theyre asking you to pay for as expedia already includes this in.

The apartment is very spacious. It has big rooms, a large kitchen, a dining table to accommodate 6 people and sofa/ armchairs near the TV set. We loved the outdoor sitting area where there are 3 tables with lots of chairs and 2 deck chairs and lots of space with grass. The receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering many of our questions every day and assisting us with all the requests we made.

I like the fact that you walk around the corner and the beach was right there. Only issues I had is that the toilet did not flush well and the shower pressure was very low. But that can be expected on an island.

The proprty was good for me ( a single guy ) but looking in the other rooms the c C leaners were working in these rooms were better finished bedding and curtains nicer and an all round better set up altogether Staff were all GREAT realy nice and helpfull.A great wee place for a good quiet holiday except for the 5 Roosters that keep you awake.

I liked the property. as there was cooking facilities and was clean, however the air-conditioning did leak on day three. nice view outside with palm trees and nicely cut grass. Staff were polite.

Vacation at Monteray Apartment
Older building. Great staff. Very friendly. Room cleaned every day. Very nice large pool. Full kitchen if you wished to cook. Great location in the Gap. Second year staying here. Booked again for next year.
