thnk you for taking the time to let us know of the issues. We would have preferred tht you told us while you were here so that we could have addressed the problems and made your stay a better one. We are sorry that you see the self check in as a problem but we have been doing this for a while as do many small propertties in Europe so as to cut costs and to keep rates reasonable. We are very surprised that you had a hard time contacting us because we are normally very good with the communication, but we do apologise if something went wrong in your case.
