We are sorry you didn’t had a good stay.A complimentary early check in was offered by the Manager and accepted by you, the damage deposit was refunded after the damaged linen was restored as explained. Our priority is to provide our guests with a safe, clean and comfortable environment by using all internationally certified ECOLAB cleaning agents and products to sanitize and clean our entire property as well as all guests rooms, as former guests reviews are a testament to that mentioned above.Our aim is to make our guests happy as possible while still In keeping with hotel policy.
