    Dear guests, we welcome you to our fully equipped 2BR home in St Julians, with access to a roof top chill out area, a Maltese Balcony and another balcony in the 2nd floor.

    We can guarantee, their is nothing like it on the market, all finishes made into super detail and the views, the views are breathtaking !

    With each area thoughtfully designed and furnished, ourr townhouse offers our guests a unique opportunity to experience the beauty and charm of Malta in a comfortable & stylish setting.

    The townhouse includes high-speed WiFi connectivity for staying connected, & air conditioning for optimal comfort.

    Entrance and Staircase | Guests are greeted with a charming flight of stairs leading to the main living areas, setting the stage for a delightful stay.

    Living Room |The spacious living room boasts a smart TV and tasteful furnishings, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation after a day of exploration.

    Adjacent to the living room is a traditional Maltese balcony adorned with comfortable furniture, providing guests with a picturesque spot to unwind while enjoying views of the surrounding area of St Julians. An ideal spot to immerse yourself in a good book or simply soak in the vibrant rhythm of the town.

    Kitchen | The fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities necessary for preparing meals, ensuring guests can enjoy the convenience of home-cooked dishes during their stay. It has everything you need for short and long stays.
    The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, adding an extra touch of convenience for guests` comfort.

    Dining Area | Situated near the kitchen is a dedicated dining area, ideal for enjoying meals with family and friends in a comfortable setting.

    Terrace | A second terrace, located adjacent to the dining area, treats guests to stunning views of Spinola and the St. Julians sea, offering the perfect vantage point for capturing mesmerizing sunsets and indulging in some evening stargazing.

    Bedrooms | The townhouse features two bedrooms, one conveniently located downstairs for ease of access. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an ensuite bathroom with a shower, ensuring guests enjoy both comfort and privacy during their stay.

    Amenities | Additional amenities include a washing machine for laundry needs and also a dedicated workplace in each bedroom for those needing to catch up on work or on a business visit.

    24/7 Access to all the amenities of the townhouse, including the terraces and the balcony.

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

    2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

    3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

    4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

    5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

    6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

    - Shower gels
    - Liquid Soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

    8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

    One of the reason why St Julians stands out from the rest is that one is immediately greeted by a lively atmosphere hidden in it`s bustling streets. If you decide to explore the area by foot, you`ll come across different cafes, restaurants, boutiques and captivating views.

    As the sun sets, St. Julians transforms into an inviting nightlife, from trendy rooftop lounges offering panoramic views to intimate wine bars and restaurants. St. Julians effortlessly accommodates every mood and desire.

    For the sun-seekers, St Julians also offer scenic strolls, idyllic beach spots, & an outdoor gym & pool facilities nearby.

    Conveniently located within walking distance are an array of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other essential amenities, ensuring easy access to everyday necessities.

    The townhouse is situated in the heart of St Julians making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the house. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes & timetable fits your needs best. Tickets can be bought from the driver or on the website.

    We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads. To access the ferry service, you would need to head to Sliema which is very close (half an hour walk / 5-10 min drive)

    If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.

    For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in St Julians but can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the house. Car parks are also available nearby but it would be with a cost.
    Very important notes before booking:
