"Great location by the water and close to gas/food/highway. The room seemed clean but the fact that someone's stale pizza was sitting in the fridge was not encouraging. Poor lighting didn't help confidence either. Plus the bathroom fan clanked away something terrible."

"This is an old motel that I believe is being renovated one room at a time. Unfortunately, our room was not one of the newly renovated ones and was, quite frankly, disgusting! We are not picky but have an expectation of clean. The only thing that was clean was the bed.
The floor had not been vacuumed, the fridge was dirty, the microwave was filthy and I could hardly bring myself to even use the bathroom, certainly no shower was had.
Even if there had been some attempt to clean the room, this...

"Beautiful area with hiking trails, kayaks available at your doorstep, owners were accommodating and available and a pleasure to meet. Everything you need for exception of your food and clothes. Small store with essentials if needed. Would definitely stay again."
