Great property in great location

We loved staying with Daryl. The property itself was beautiful and well kept. Convenient to Southport and Oak Island and beyond. A great place for the wife and I to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Will definitely stay with Daryl again when we return to the area

Beautiful Condo In A Lovely Setting

The unit was in great condition and very clean. Everything needed for cooking was available in the kitchen. It is a beautiful condo annd area. The nearby pool and the beach club provided hours of fun with our granddaughter.

Best Friends Girl Trip

The Villa was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped with anything you needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and St James Plantation has beautiful homes and grounds. We loved the pool which is where we were all 3 days. The host Daryl was easy to reach and answered all our questions very promptly. We hope to make this an annual trip and hope to stay at this villa again. Southport is a beautiful town and we enjoyed visiting. Thank you for making this trip so memorable!

St James is a beautiful gated community where this condo is located. The condo was very nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable which was important to us since we have back issues. The pool is extremely convenient as well. The screened in porch looked out into some woods and at night the

Comfortable condo

This condo was great for our family. We used the pool in the neighborhood and had dinner at the marina in St. James. We cooked breakfast each day, and the kitchen had all the things we needed. The pool for St. James at the beach on Oak Island is currently closed for construction, but the bathrooms there are still accessible.

Home Away From Home

We've stayed in lots of places, but this one tops them all. Everything in the condo is sparkling and welcoming, from the well-equipped kitchen to the beautiful linens for bed and bath. We enjoyed taking morning walks through the beautiful neighborhood and spent hours on the screened porch watching bluebirds visit their nest. Southport is a charming small town without the frantic or crowded spaces typical of other resort towns. Every restaurant we tried had great service and food. Nearby Holden Beach is worth a visit---unspoiled beach that stretches forever. Perhaps the best part of our stay was how very, very quiet the condo and neighborhood are. Daryl is an excellent host!

A Quiet Spot In A Beautiful Cpommunity

Nicely appointed 2 bedroom condo in a beautiful 5000 acre golf community. Available beach club only 10 minutes away. Enjoyed the nice eateries in Southport, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere of southern living in NC.

Great Location

We went to a wedding on St James property. The location for this condo was perfect and centrally located in the neighborhood. Condo was clean and everything was ready for our arrival. The AC works great. The pool across the parking lot was perfect for the hot weekend. We were the only people there for an hour or so each day. Very quiet condo. We would book it again for a long weekend trip.

Family vacation at St Jamea

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo is beautiful and well appointed. I was very familiar with St James as my parents used to live there. The pool at the condo was great! We LOVED the beach club pool and beach. Oak island and Provisions especially. The condo was so pretty. Exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds. Everything was perfect. Daryl was very quick in answering any questions. I can’t recommend this condo enough. We’d love to go back

Nice place!

The condo is nicely appointed and comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is you are 15-20 mins from the beach, Southport and most restaurants. Otherwise, we recommend!
