This Villa features a Unique Option with the 3rd Bedroom as a “Lockout” or Attached Studio Suite. There is an interior adjoining door into the main villa that locks from both sides for Privacy & also a Separate Entrance outside. This is the Perfect Solution for 2 Families vacationing together. This Studio Bedroom features a Queen Bed, Closet/Dresser, Bath (Tub/Shower), Bistro Table & a Kitchenette with Microwave, under the counter Refrigerator, Toaster & Drip Coffee Maker. All 3 Bedrooms have a Yogasleep Dohm White Noise Sound Machine with Soothing Ambient Sounds of Rushing Air. In the Main Villa there is a Laundry Closet with Full-Sized Washer/Dryer & an Iron/Ironing Board.

Pet Policy:

Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately(airbnb is a seperate fee requested). A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in

Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed
