"Expensive but excellent location on a quiet lane in the center of old St. Ives. Parking spot includef, but beware that it is a considerable distance away near the top of a steep hill on Bishop St. Not a problem, just need to allow time for that. Dropping off luggage and picking up again at the end is possible (recommended) by driving directly to the front door. Tight lanes and roads double as pedestrian walkways in the center. "I watch a lot of hotel programmes so I'm a bit od a critic. Room was very clean and fresh. Friendly welcome and goodbye. Breakfast was nice. Great view of the hills and a short walk into the village"

"Good location however if driving parking can be difficult, though paid parking across the road. £7.50/24 hrs.
It is above a pub so can be noisy. Room spacious as we were 3 adults.
Tea/coffee in room.
Nice view from our room. Ocean views.
Staff helpful.
We had no hot water first night and they tried their best to get sorted.
No air conditioning - a small fan in room - was hot, albeit middle of summer!
Nice breakfast included- continental and cooked if you wish."

"This was a little gem, great location for train station and St Ives town. The accommodation was perfect for two people, well presented,very clean, well equipped and comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again."

"We had a great stay during the very hot UK weather. The cottage stayed comfortable and relatively cool though as it is well sheltered and shaded. Comfortable sofas and beds, well equipped kitchen, good water pressure for the showers and simple check in and check out process. A quick 5 - 10 min walk in to town and a moderate climb back up which wasn't too bad. Plenty of beaches, shops and bars near by and a great convenient location in St Ives to stay.
