"Superb stay. Been to Zell many many times. Usually a hotel with pool, half board. In terms of value for money this knocks spots of anywhere else we've stayed. Fantastic, friendly, welcoming hosts. Exceptionally clean. Simple but lovely breakfast - great coffee and choice of eggs to supplement the continental breakfast fare. Location is extraordinary, couldn't be closer to the lifts, super quiet evening and overnight, right next to town for going for dinner in the evening. The kitchen was a...
"Romantik Hotel Zell Am See exceeded our expectations. Perfectly located; a short walk from the train station with a beautifully decorated lobby and bar area. The staff at reception were pleasant and efficient and suggested hiking trails close to the hotel. The spa facilities were wonderful. We booked an apartment with a full kitchen and a balcony overlooking the mountain. Highly recommend a stay at Romantik Hotel. "
"Anna was a superb host! It was my first time traveling internationally, and she made it a very welcoming stay with her warm demeanor. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and a guest mobility card is provided (different from summer card). I booked a double room which is small (I expected as such) but still very clean. Close to all the main transportation areas and walkable to downtown and Lake Zell. The view from my window was picturesque. Highly recommend!"

"Perfect location for the centre without being disturbed. Authentic accommodation with an excellent choice at breakfast. Evening meal was optional which we enjoyed as the quality and service was exceptional, a little expensive but you definitely pay for what you get. Staff are very pleasant and spoke good English which made our stay more enjoyable. The Junior suite was a good size very clean and serviced everyday. Unfortunately there is no tea & coffee facilities in the room or air conditioning...
"My husband and I drove through Austria and the idea was to stop in small towns along the way. This hotel was a wonderful it has a great location and a fare breakfast. It is very close to the lake and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking was next to the hotel and the service was very helpful and friendly. No elevators though but it wasn’t a big deal for us"
