Our flat felt like a 'home from home'. The rooms (bedroom and sitting room) were spacious and comfortably furnished. A previous reviewer complained that the kitchenette was too small to cook a proper meal, but we found we were able to cook three (new and a little complicated) recipes with excellent results - and we didn't even use the full-sized oven. The flats are in a quiet area, so there's no real traffic noise and we appreciated being able to park right outside the front door. Our only concern was that the front door lock did not seem to be very robust ... this is definitely something the management should consider improving ... but in the meantime there was a small, working safe for tix, passports, other documents and £.

The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The accommodation was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are parking spaces in front of the property. A bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The buses that run from there take you to downtown and the central bus station in 10 minutes. There are no downsides to this accommodation. Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

The apparent was excellent clean big lots of space TV WiFi all good everything was brilliant just walking from the apartment to the beach and back up the hill was a lot of work just going up the hill was tiring other then that the place was brilliant

The property was clean well equipped and comfortable. Very handy for the town and seafront with all the Amenities of St Helier although a steep walk back the buses stop close to property Parking outside was another plus

The apartment was spacious for two people. It was part of a complex of apartments with adequate car parking for all apartments Overall the accommodation was comfortable. The small kitchenette was adequately provisioned with kitchen equipment for the needs of self catering. The bath seal showed signs of black mould which with a good cleaning regime should be removed. The settee was tired and showing signs of wear. Stains on the carpet were noted. There was a seating and picnic table area provided for those staying in the apartments. The apartment is located away from the town centre of St Helier and will take twenty to thirty minutes to walk there from the apartments. On arriving at the apartments it took a while to appreciate how to contact reception which was in a nearby hotel. Initial contact with the person at the other end of the phone was confusing. The accommodation offered space and relaxation which a hotel room would not have done. Would happily rebook for another stay.

Apartments are uphill (quite steep via some routes on foot) from the centre of St Helier, but for the averagely fit and mobile only 15 to 20 minutes walk. Very handy though for the 19, 5 and 5A Liberty Buses into town - just keep in mind that they are much less frequent at weekends and after 7pm. Also a Morrisons Local just a couple of minutes walk away. Apartment we were in had a super king size and single bed in upstairs bedroom - lots of storage space and cupboards up here (one on the landing). Bathroom has full-length but narrow-ish bath with shower over, a wash basin and WC. The shower has quite low water pressure so those used to power showers will be disappointed, and with the narrow bath and short shower screen you can’t do a full-on, elbows out soak, lather and rinse off - the bathroom floor would get very wet! Beds and other furniture comfortable and rooms nicely kitted out with main essentials. Also a laundry room on site - a charge for washing tabs and dryer tokens which are ordered through Morgan Hotels. Rooms clean, staff we saw on and off all very friendly and polite (and ready to help, asking if you needed anything). Free parking available on site but we’d no car as we realised at time of booking that you can get to most places by Liberty Bus. Kitchen had the essentials you need for self catering for up to 5 folk. Place suited the two of us perfectly.

Parking in St Helier was a nightmare so to have a parking space outside apartment was a bonus! Our apartment was on the first floor. Bedroom was a lovely size & a very comfortable bed! Kitchenette was very basic & it was frustrating to have to reach over to change plugs when using kettle & toaster! Staff were very helpful & a big "thank you " to "Martin" who looked after the apartment for the 3 weeks we were there!

The lounge was good with very comfortable sofas and a good size TV. The beds were very comfortable and the shower adequate. The kitchen was very dated. The oven was so old you couldn’t read some of the numbers on the temperature setting dial. The fridge with a very small freezing compartment really should be replaced. You couldn’t keep frozen items in it as their packaging just became soggy, and some things got stuck to the bottom of the compartment and it required a knife to release them. The microwave was very good. For what we paid I would have expected a more modern kitchen. Despite my complaints we did have a very enjoyable holiday in Jersey.

It is spot on. Great location, very clean, very comfortable and well maintained, communication is great from hosts, and always at the end of the phone if needed. Cosy and comfy, the place its self is absolutely perfect for a break away, has oven, hob, fridge, all utensils necessary for cooking, thoughtful extra touches cereal, milk, water, toiletries. It’s a super little place to have a break away from home with in a peaceful location and still being close enough into town with a easy bus route into St Helier, and supermarket is with in a 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend a lovely holiday let. Definitely stay again.

I've stayed in these apartments several times and always find them to be great. Easy contactless check-in. Well appointed, clean, spacious apartments with a good layout. Good TV, comfortable bed, good shower and easy parking. I really appreciate the welcome gifts of milk, coffee, tea, toiletries and cleaning products too - very handy. Thanks again for another good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in No.2 at the Uplands Serviced Apartments and it made a convenient base for our stay in Jersey. Be aware that the apartments are on a steep hill overlooking St Hellier. Its easily walkable if you are fit and healthy - otherwise you can catch the bus which goes from just outside. If you have an electric vehicle there is convenient and cheap charging at the Powerhouse less than 5 minutes level walk away. There were a few things that could be improved to make the stay even better. - Some large glasses (e.g. pint glasses) would be really useful. - Replace the shelf in the fridge so it is adjustable and fix the freezer compartment door so it actually shuts and does not attempt to freeze the entire fridge. - The appartment is only serviced once a week - no matter when your stay starts so it was serviced very early in our 5 night stay. It didn't matter to us. - It was nice to have an outside area to sit in but it could be made more attractive and welcoming.
