Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was in a very good location. Lots of space which was nice with our bigger group. The furniture is pretty outdated and could be upgraded. Overall, good experience even though weather was awful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately due to rain one of the downstairs bedroom carpet was soaked. Nothing could be put on the floor and all the duffel bags had to be stored in the family room. It took 2-1/2 days to dry and get rid of the smell. Also, the couch down stairs is not a sleeper sofa as indicated which left us one bed short...which is why the 4 stars. We love the location and have been coming for several years.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean when we arrived and it was big enough for our family. However, it is very outdated. Everything is very dark, kitchen items worn and not in the best shape, some of the mattresses are terrible. We have stayed here before and thought to give it another chance but after sleeping horribly for the week we will look elsewhere. The best thing about Sunset House is the yard and water frontage. I just hope updates can be done.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunset House and Little Saint has become a favorite vacation spot for our family. Great Tubing, Kayaking and able to boat over to Cathy's for Ice Cream.

Great for the grandkids!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sunset house was clean, well equipped and a great location for kids. We had an unfortunate incident after a heavy rain storm. Jessica the property manager was wonderful, she immediately moved us to another property on the same lake for our last night. We will be back!
