With respect to the pool, neither the circulation pump nor the salt-water chlorination system were functioning properly during our stay. Although I followed the property owner’s instructions on how to operate the pump, the system did not maintain circulation or sanitation. By our second day at the property, the pool water was already turning green, indicating that the salt-generating system was not producing chlorine and the pool was not being properly filtered. The outdoor shower was also not functioning. As a result, the pool was not safe or suitable for swimming, rendering a major advertised amenity unusable throughout our stay.
