Nice getaway , was not ready when promised

The home itself was very nice and really had all the amenities you could ask for. Has a grill, pool toys, beach toys, and chairs. The check-in process was a bit frustrating. Like most people we had quite a long drive and were promised a 5 PM check-in time which in of itself is later than most places usually promising by four. We we’re traveling with our infant. Who goes down for the night around 5:30 PM. Our home was still not available until after six… We were asked to stick around the pool area until the lady was done cleaning. In the evening, little bugs/mosquitoes come out and we’re biting my entire family, including the baby. Really not a great first impression. We were told the group in front of us left late but were not offered any sort of apology or even acknowledgment of the fact that they were running behind. It was almost like we were an inconvenience for being there waiting.

Wonderful vacation!

This house was everything we hoped for and more. Very spacious for all our family. Comfortable bedrooms with own bathrooms! Steps across the street to beach. Beach towels and beach toys provided. The heated pool was a hit with all the kids. Would totally rent again.

Great layout for large group/family

This house has amazing potential - it's spacious, has an excellent layout and sleeping arrangements, and is well appointed. There have been some recent updates and overall the house is very nice, however, we did experience some cleanliness issues - pet stained carpets, pet hair in rugs/carpets, and one of the bunk beds had to be changed upon arrival (due to sand). There was also an unfortunate mishap with the pool heater, but the property manager worked quickly to correct it. Overall the house is great and I would highly recommend it for large groups and families, but strongly advise replacing the bedroom carpets.

Excellent stay

stayed a week in this house with family and it was enjoyable. Wished the elevator had gone to the top floor bedroom. Cleaning staff took a long time to complete check in was an hour late and kitchen table had a sticky substance on it. Overall it was an excellent house to stay in and our visit was enjoyable and I would recommend to family and friends.

Great location

The house is convenient to the beach with nice views of the ocean from all floors. The kitchen was well stocked and the provided beach towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish and hand soap were a nice touch. It was easy to get in contact with management to have the pool heated, which was well worth the extra charge! My only complaint was that the cleaning crew was still cleaning the house when we arrived at 6 pm ( check in is 4). They finished about 45 minutes after we got there. The house was not well cleaned but the management company warned us a head of time that the house had been left extremely messy by the previous renters. There were also quite a few roaches alive and dead in the house. Overall, it was a great vacation and would stay here again.

Largest House on the block

Had a fabulous time at Another World. Everything about the house was perfect; From the elevator, to help move things in and out, to there being a floor for every group (kids had their own floor!). The house was stocked with plenty of essentials like trash bags, hand-soap, laundry detergent, etc, which was completely unexpected but welcome surprise. The view to the ocean is unobstructed, we could watch the kids playing in the beach from the comfort of the balcony. The pool is large, plenty of room for adults and kids. The extra full size fridge and bathroom on the ground floor was a lifesaver. We loved our stay!

Fantastic house for Fall break 2020!!

Fifth trip to SGI, this house worked perfectly for our two families totaling 9 people with 5 kids under 12. Home is very well stocked, the second fridge, downstairs storage, and gas grill were great. The elevator made it very easy to move the food to the kitchen. Overall a great stay!!

Awesome Home

This home was perfect for our family. There were seven of us, ages ranging from 23-85. It was very close to the beach, just across the street. We loved the wide open beach that wasn't overflowing with people! It was also great that we could have our two dogs with us. They loved the sand and chilling under the umbrella! We would all love to come back!!

Excellent lay out plan everyone has a deck, and view to the ocean.

The house offers lots of extras including a double door refrigerator that is located at the outer exit door so stock it well and you wont have to take the elevator up to replenish drinks or snacks while at the pool or beach. Each floor has a air conditioner!! Super nice since the very top floor in a lot of houses stays hot. Plus a hot water heater i think per bathroom. We never ran out of piping hot water and we filled all 5 bedrooms of this beautiful house. Just across the street is excellent, the rate can't be beat for the location and amount of house you get.

Beautiful house

Our first vacation in this property and it was perfect. We had three combined families so having 3 king size beds was amazing. There was everything you could want in the kitchen and the elevator was so helpful with all the unpacking and heavy items. Will be back again, loved it.

Gulf view from 2nd tier

Because of the height of the home, a gorgeous view of the gulf was possible despite the distance from the beach. Crossing the road in season could be a problem for families with young children. Basically, the home was well maintained and clean with the exception of some spots on the carpeted bedrooms (wood floors are best). Loved the elevator for grocery shopping days! I did appreciate having beach towels furnished since most rental homes do not offer them. Overall, I would recommend this home.

Great house.

close to town. Plenty of space. Stocked kitchen. Relaxed by the pool everyday after spending mornings at the beach. Good views. Would recommmend.

Great Home! Steps from the beach!

Everything was great about our vacation except the mosquitoes were awful this year. It would have been great if the screen porch was not torn so we could have sat outside and enjoyed the view. The home was great. Our kids enjoyed the beach and then liked the pool in the afternoon. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Fabulous location, great house layout, lots of extras!

The location was close enough to walk to restaurants, the beach was across the street and thru' the dunes.The house layout was near perfect. The kitchen had anything you could want, they even supplied beach towels. Sadly though, the carpets had huge stains on them in numerous places. Also, there were few blankets, and the few there were looked dirty. Otherwise, it was wonderful. There were plenty of beach accessories including a cart to lug things back and forth to the beach. That was extremely handy. The pool was wonderful as were the outside shower and faucet to get the sand off before getting in the pool. We would return and hopefully the carpets will be cleaned in the near future.
