Best trip ever

We had a fantastic stay at this house. The house was clean and ready for us when we got there. The pool is beautiful and it is a short walk/golfcart ride to the beach. The beds are comfortable and everything in the kitchen worked great! We had an ant issue by the pool and I texted the property manager. I got immediate results! They had pesticide out to spray and put out poison within hours. They even called the next day to follow up that it was satisfactory. I could not recommend this place enough! Julie

Fall Break

This is our second stay here. The house suits our needs perfectly for 2 families with children of varying ages. Easy walk to beach or the bay. Everything was as expected. The Fridge downstairs is really handy for drinks. The grill worked well; the kitchen had everything we needed. We will very likely be back to Latitude Change.

Awesome house, great location, would come back year after year.

We had 2 families with several young children and the house layout was perfect for that. It was clean, well stocked, beds were comfy, it’s close to the beach, the pool was so fun to have. We had a wonderful vacation at this beach house! We had an issue with the A/C and the property management people responded within an hour to get it working again. We were very pleased with our experience here!

Best vacation ever!

This property was amazing ! The house is spacious and clean. We rented a golf cart and drive to the beach, Although you can easily walk. I highly recommend the golf cart. The company was quick to respond went we reported an issue with the tv. They arrived within the hour to fix it !! We will be staying there again. Thank you for an awesome vacation!!!

Loved the Location

This was our first trip to St George, and we will definitely be back. We loved the location of the house as it was an easy walk to the beach and a quick bike ride into town, and having our own pool was definitely a plus.

Great Family Vacation

The house was perfect for 2 families., 4 adults 4 teenagers. The house was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. It has a “peek a boo” view of the gulf from the screened in porch. The walk to the beach was a very easy maybe 3 minute stroll. We did visit the bayside a few times and opted to walk down the road since the “nature” trail was very much a nature trail. A bit too terrifying to me knowing there could snakes back there. But the road was a very easy and enjoyable stroll to the bay. Having the screened in porch was a godsend. It made it possible to sit outside without annoying bugs and kept the seats dry from rain and humidity. Because the house sits back from the gulf it was a bit warmer and less windy which made the pool very usable especially since it was heated. I would recommend this house to anyone vacationing on St George Island.

Nice place, good location

The house was very nice. It was as described. The beds were comfortable, the air worked great, and the pool was very nice. More towels, toilet paper and garbage bags would have been nice. The dishwasher didn't work very well and we had to rewash most dishes by hand.

First Time

This was our first time to the island and our rental was just what we were expecting. It was close enough to the beach that we could walk or drive & park at public access areas. The pool was a wonderful bonus. Would be nice to have more towels but we came prepared after reading other reviews. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect Family Home

We had a great experience! It's a quick walk to the beach, the pool was a great addition and the living space being on one level was ideal with little ones. We enjoyed the screened in porch, outdoor shower, open layout and overall location of the home. We did encounter an AC unit hiccup and the staff was AMAZING at getting things fixed quickly and being kind and generous to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. Recommend again and again.

Family Trip ‘22

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latitude Change! It was perfect for my very active 9 month old since all the living space was on one level. No stairs to battle! The house sits right next to the Beach to Bay Access point, which made the walk to beach so easy! The hot water heater had to be replaced during our stay, but management was so easy to talk with and very helpful. The whole process was seamless and quick. We would stay here again in the future!

Secluded oasis

Great house, it was shaded, and the pool was awesome! The beds were comfy, there are two bikes and extra towels which was great. They have lime bushes! They were so fresh and a nice extra perk for drinks and cooking.

Great pool and location

Rental was exactly as described on website. Property managers were very responsive. Cleaner than average beach rental but still could have used a deep clean of the floors and dusting. Perfect size home and layout for two families. The pool is very new and was great for young children. Beach access was path was right across the street and is a sand path that travels between houses. Very easy to use and quick walk. Also had the option of riding bikes or walking a little further on paved surfaces to get to a public beach access point. Stayed in April and paid to heat the pool which was well worth it. The beach was practically empty. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful place

This place was amazing! Perfect distance to restaurants and the beach. The only complaints we would have that really didn’t hurt our stay was there aren’t enough towels and washcloths provided and the pool pump is very loud. Otherwise this place is perfect and we loved our stay. We’ll be back!!

Great Home!

We have been coming to St. George Island for many years. I have stayed in 7 houses. Latitude Change ranks at the top! Everything is so well kept and very comfortable. The extra fridge was a lifesaver for us as we take lots of seafood home with is. We had 11 for dinner one night and so appreciated the large table, cookware and dishes to accommodate the party. We want to thank the owner’s for offering this lovely home!

Was a great stay at SGI but the Red Tide was rough.

We had fun with the family but we were not expecting the red tide. We would have appreciated a heads up on the situation and we could have planned ahead go other activities. Some of the family had a rough time when outside and especially on the beach.
