Our host, Julio, was very attentive and accommodating to our specific needs. The condominium was clean and thoughtful details were evident. My husband forgot his soap and shampoo...not to worry, thank you. The bathroom is newly tiled with new fixtures and great water pressure. There is even a wonderful view of the ocean and a quick path to the beach.

Great condo & location, BUT

Great condo & location, BUT maybe not for seniors. The sofa is terrible and desperately needs to be replaced. The coffee table is so heavy it would take two people to slide it aside. And retreating to the bedroom is not an option because the bed is twice the normal height and a step stool would have been nice. Overall SGI is still beautiful

Great Location!

This unit is in a super location for our needs as we love the State Park and beaches. Also, the owner is an outstanding person to work with and superb communication. My only complain is that it's time for a facelift and some renovations. The unit is just showing it's age and the furnishings are as well. But for the price and location, it's hard to complain!

Wonderful and Peaceful Beach Condo

My Husband my Mom and I stayed at this townhome, this place is perfect, very clean the decoration is amazing they have a very good taste, you have everything you need to prepare your meals, pans pots more than enough dishes and silverware. We used the grill at the pool and other guests were doing the same. We enjoyed the beach view from the little patio. Any question we had was answered very fast, we would love to go back soon Thanks for everything Julio.

Great convenient location

This is a great little condo! It is near the pool, and even though it's not beachfront, it has a great view of the ocean from the porch. Well stocked and clean. The owner was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again for a nice weekend getaway!

We had a great vacation staying in this unit. The pool and beach seemed much closer than they appear in the pictures!
