Everything was perfect except the shower in the upstairs bedroom with a balcony would not drain. There was an extra bedroom up there so it didn't matter. House was beautiful and the kids had a great time!

We absolutely LOVED this house! It was so accommodating and the owners really thought through everything like providing beach towels, several bikes, well supplied kitchen, access to cleaning supplies, etc. We’ll be back to Buddha Beach!

Buddha wonderful

Beautiful house for a large family. Kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed. All the amenities were amazing. Pool. Bikes. Etc. Memories to last a lifetime.

Would stay here again

The location was great-right by the road that leads to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked. The back yard was fully fenced-easy for the dogs. Plenty of room-the rooms and bathrooms were a great size. The only thing I would change/improve would be the mattress on the pull out couch-the current is not something I would recommend sleeping on.

Soo much fun!

We visit SGI every year with 3-4 families and pick a different house each trip. Buddha Beach is now our number one favorite!! The property had everything we needed and more for a relaxing and super fun trip with 3 families and our 4-legged buddy. Although not on the beach, its a super short walk and there's a wagon to tote all your things. Would absolutely stay here again!!! Thanks so much!!

Great family vacation!

First time at Buddha Beach and we all loved it. Served all our needs. Well stocked with kitchen utensils etc. Beds were AMAZING!! Very very comfortable!! The kids spent most of their time in the pool. Very accommodating. Nice place!! Highly recommend.

Great Place, very well done

Great stay with everything you would need for a great beach vacation. The only thing I would change is the location of the gate on the back steps. Would have been a little easier to just open the patio door to let the dog out.

Baby's first beach trip

We really enjoyed our stay at the Buddha house! Myself, my husband, and our 10 mo old daughter used the larger bedroom on the third floor which worked perfectly. My inlaws and a friend were on the main floor. We would definitely use this house again and have even talked about renting it next year. The location is great, the pool area is semi-private just bc of the way the houses are built, and the house is perfect/functional. I have very few complaints. The main level floor appeared clean but after my daughter crawled around for a bit the first day her knees were black :/ so we mopped, if we hadn't had a crawling child we literally would've never had an issue. I wish there was a second couch in the living room instead of the two wood chairs, they're comfortable enough but another couch would've been much better for lounging in the evening. The vacuum in the laundry room has seen better days and had minimal suction, again, not a big deal but with a crawling child I had to vacuum frequently. I should have brought my own vacuum and left behind all the beach stuff we packed that was already included! Make sure you read the list of included items at the house, we definitely over-packed bc I didn't reread the list while packing!

The best place for a couples getaway!

We loved Buddha Beach! We were a group of 4 couples and this house was perfect for our group. Well stocked with anything you can imagine needing, and the house was beautifully upgraded. Super comfortable beds and furniture. We loved having the bicycles available for the island rides, and really enjoyed all the outdoor seating. It was lovely being able to see both the bay and the ocean from the main floor. We also were completely enchanted by the citrus garden and all the fruit in the yard. This home made an extremely stormy week at the beach into a great trip to reminisce, cook, play some games, and enjoy all the covered outdoor areas to enjoy the sound of rain on the tin roof. Thanks for allowing us to spend time in your lovely home!

Priceless Family Getaway

First let me say we definitely plan on coming back!’ Everything about our trip was wonderful! From the start the communication was excellent between us and Jaime. All our questions were answered quickly and patiently. We found the house to be very well stocked with most anything you might need... including an emergency kit with most any necessary item you may have forgotten! We truly enjoyed the heated pool and the pool toys were a favorite for our grandchildren! The house was very clean, comfy and welcoming. The outdoor deck was fun for games or early coffee! Our grandson did his virtual classes at the desk nook area which cut down on distractions!! Even though The beach is just a short walk away we recommend a wagon or push cart of some kind ( there is one in the downstairs but we used our spending dollars and ordered a pull wagon). Make sure you bring a bucket for shells! We kept pretty busy between the pool and the beach so did not have a chance to enjoy the bikes! But next trip we will for sure!!! The high chair and pack and play really came in handy for the 2 year old! We ate all our meals in the house ( except pizza of course from BJs!) There are plenty of utensils, pots, pans, bowls, etc for any cooking needs!! BTW: Dails Seafood truck has delicious crab cakes and plenty of other sea food choices! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!!

Love buddah beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was serviced twice while we were here. BBQ grill needed a new propane tank and after calling the property manager it was replaced within a couple of hours. I would love to stay here again.

Best Spring Break Vacation Spot

WOW! What a beautiful home, well-stocked kitchen, and loved having bicycles, beach towels, and gorgeous backyard pool (heated!) We especially appreciated your management company, specifically Jamie who was extremely helpful with our many requests. We will definitely come back for beautiful St. George Island. (We almost self-quarantined there!) :)

Amazing beach get away!!

We had a great stay at this beautiful vacation home. The pool was wonderful and the beach was just a few steps away! The house was very clean and spacious! We enjoyed all the toys and had a fun ping pong tuornament during our stay! Highly recommend this vacation home and hope to have the privilege to visit again!

Buddha beach house was great!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Buddha Beach house. The house was everything we could have wanted. Bikes were great to get around the island. I would also suggest renting a golf cart, we had my elderly father with us, it was great for him to tool around in. The house was well supplied, pool was great to chill out in while taking a break from the beach.

Nice house

The house is very nice. We had a couple of issues with the tvs and dvrs working and the property manager went out of her way to be sure everything was working. She was very responsive and helpful. The house is well stocked, especially the kitchen. It was great to have enough pans, plates, etc. The dryer had to go through 3 cycles to get anything dry, so be sure you don't intend to do a lot of laundry. The walk to the beach was farther than I expected from descriptions I read. If you have little ones you need to reserve a golf cart for the week. You actually have to cross two roads to get to the beach which was a challenge with little ones and all our stuff. The pool is nice, but the contract said we would have pool maintenance twice a week and no came the whole time. By the end of the week it was quite dirty. The pool area is fabulous with lots of room for everyone to enjoy, even the dog. Overall I would say it's a nice, well stocked house but a little too far from the beach for me.
