    This townhouse is a part of 300 Ocean Mile which is a 99-unit beachfront community located on the East end near the entrance to St. George Island State Park. Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach. Unfortunately, golf carts are not allowed on E Gulf Street unless they are street legal LSV (low speed vehicle).

    This property is nonsmoking, meaning smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit, on the balcony, under the unit, and within a 20-foot radius of the home.

    **BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
    Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Due to insurance and local association guidelines, the primary renter must be at least 25 y/o. If you book under false pretenses, you will be asked to leave with no refund. A government approved ID submission will be required to ensure that it matches the person placing the booking.

    There will be a rental agreement emailed to you after booking. Failure to sign the rental agreement within 72 hours will result in cancellation of the booking.

    A security deposit hold is required to book our beach house that takes effect before arrival. The security deposit hold is run on the day of check out and then released 7 days after departure.

    PARKING:
    One vehicle may be accommodated beneath the residence, or two smaller vehicles may park tandem. Guest street parking may also be found along Sunset Beach and certain areas of E Gulf Beach Drive, where allowed and where there are no posted “No Parking” signs, but not directly in front of Ocean Mile. All vehicles must be parked without obstructing the roadway, bike path, or any other regulated access area. While our resident property manager may occasionally be able to assist with locating a closer space within the townhome community if an unoccupied parking spot is available, this cannot be guaranteed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as our HOA continues working toward a long-term solution.

    **REFUNDS:
    Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for weather, weather related changes, or natural disasters.

    Please purchase travel insurance with trip interruption coverage for trip protection. This website offers many different insurance providers: Squaremouth or you may purchase through Owner Reservations which will be offered to you when you sign the rental agreement. "Choose the option covering TRIP CANCELLATION & INTERRUPTION"

    **CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Guest receives 97% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival (this is due to 3% non refundable credit card fee); Guest receives 47% if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.

    **LOST ITEMS:
    We are not responsible for any items that are left behind inside the house so please do a walk through of the house before you leave.

    **CAMERA AND ALARM SYSTEM DISCLOSURE:
    There is a live camera at the front door and back sliding door, as well as an active alarm system. The alarm system is only set to ON in between guest stays. Tampering with these equipment are not allowed and will result in $ penalty.

    **QUIET HOURS: 9PM - 8AM

    ** CHECK OUT:
    SEASCAPE Beachfront has a strict check out time of 10AM. The housekeepers will need to access the beach house at that time to prepare for the next guests and maintain our standards of cleanliness. A late check out fee of $100/hr may be charged if the housekeepers are made to wait to get into the house.

    **EXTERMINATOR:
    Due to the tropical climate it is in, St. George Island is prone to bugs and wildlife. SeaScape Beachfront receives regular pest control services. Although regular pest control is done every other month to minimize unwanted critters from getting into the house, please keep in mind that SGI is a tropical island and that nature cannot be controlled.

My dog, Charley and I stayed here for the better part of 3 weeks in early 2026. Everything was perfect.... the host, amenities and location.The condo had everything we needed and was top notch clean. The view is breathtaking and so relaxing. I loved the gate on the deck so Charley could be out there with me watching the dolphins!

Amazing stay!

The location is perfect. Steps to pool, steps to beach. Perfect back decks to watch the waves and dolphins. Kitchen accommodations were well thought out and useful—rice cooker, air fryer, insulated cups for drinks, freezer packs for coolers. Plenty of soaps, paper products, towels, and little things like night lights and fans were very much appreciated. We loved all the board games and books for rainy times. Beach gear was an extra plus and excellent quality! We enjoyed our stay so much and Kristine was exceedingly kind, responsive and helpful! One of the best places we have ever stayed! Thank you!

Great Beach Property

We had a fantastic stay at Seascape with Amazing view of the beach. Private access to the beach inspite of being in a condo was a big hit for us. The home was very well decorated and so well stocked with not just pots and pans but a lot of condiments and coffee!! The electronic game board in the condo was a major hit with all of us and it was a great way to unwind after playing in the beach.

Property was beautiful the accommodations were spot on. Everything you possibly could need , they had it there. Only thing at all I wish I’d known that the parking is very tight . We had a big truck so it was a very tight squeeze .
