  • Cute and cozy beach front two-story condo. This condo is great for families. It comes with free use of 2 kayaks (a one person and a two person) and 3 bikes to enjoy all the outdoor activities St. George has to offer. Contact us for arrangements. Located in the middle of the island, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Blue Parrot restaurant or Weber’s Little Donut Shop are in walking distance. The first level of this cozy condo features a spacious kitchen, dining and living area with beautiful views of the Gulf from your own private deck. A great way to relax and watch the dolphins! The second level features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a private deck to take in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Community Pool and boardwalk are just steps away from the beautiful sandy white St George Island beach.

This is a great place to enjoy the St. George beach! It's right on there beach, much closer to the water than many places. There were squadrons of pelicans working the waters right in front of us. Two days the dolphins visited, lingering near us for some time, not just passing through.Plan to get up early at least one day and enjoy a horizon filling, fiery sun rise. The changing colors as the sky fills with sun light of a new day is worth the stay all by itself.And the condo is comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommend John's place!

The condo was great and spacious. Loved the 2 balconies facing the ocean. The kids loved using the bikes and kayaks that were provided. The pool was nice to use after a long day on the beach. The whole property was nice and the groundscwere clean. I would definitely recommend staying in the Villas.

Week at St. George Island

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, not busy like Destin. Small town so my daughter and her friend were able to ride the bikes around town and shop. Everyone was really friendly.

Close Quiet Beach

Johne place was perfect for our stay. Great communication! We loved the Kayaks, quiet beach, and that view! We have never been so close to the beach. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Great Stay

This property is a great beach stay. It's right on the Gulf so you can see and hear the waves, see the birds work and see really wonderful sun rises. The property is centrally located and most everything you might need or want is in walking distance. The newly upgraded balconies have perfect views to the water, are great for sitting and reading or sharing a glass or two of wine. Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing beach getaway

Beachside Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach property Two levels with gorgeous views. We rode the bikes that were included and explored the island. I would recommend this property for your St. George Island vacation. The host was responsive to all our needs.
