  • If you love the beach from the front row, up close and personal sunsets and sunrises then Aloha Time is the home for you! You have your own personal boardwalk right out the back door! The kitchen is fully stocked to make meal prepping at your home away from home a breeze. Don t want to cook? Not a problem, this home is located right in the center of the island and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. It's been recently refreshed with new paint, tiled bathroom floors and all new mattresses. We have also extended the back deck with a spiral staircase for better access from all floors of the home. Dogs welcome!

This location is perfect. Great to walk right out your door on a boardwalk right to the beach, and restaurants are so close, you can walk. The view is wonderful. We liked this place so much, this was our second stay. Only suggestion is to get the icemaker working on the fridge and clean the ceiling fans.

Great Property located in an ideal spot close to the things that St George Island offers.Wonderful view of the Gulf and it was a wonderful week.A few minor issues, but it is located on the beach and some things should be expected when staying at someone else's property.

We had an amazing time at Aloha Time. The location was right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The onion rings at BJs were so good, we had to go back 3 times. We really appreciated the dog-friendly beach; our dog loved it and wanted to spend all her time there. My husband fished right on the beach for a few hours and caught enough fish for dinner for 4! We had a bonfire on the beach one night, cooked hot dogs, and gazed at the stars. The two decks were great - we used the upper deck most of the time, but mid-day, when it got too hot, we went down to the covered lower deck. We had a great time and plan to come back again

Good stay

No major issues other than WiFi being down the entire week, something that I didn’t mind getting away from anyway. We’d stay here again.

Aloha Time was great on St George

Loved the house .. perfect location… we didn’t move the car for 2 days .. walked to Weber’s donuts, Blue Parrot , Mango mikes and Paddy’s Raw Bar .. house was clean and decorated nicely .. loved the porches .. and views .. lots of steps as house is on 3 levels .. something to consider if you have older family members .. would stay here again for sure!

Nice house, location could not be better. House was well equipped and clean. Heather answered quickly when I messaged her about early check in. We had a great time in a very nice house. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, nice home!

We’ve stayed in 3 other properties on SGI over the last few years, and this was our favorite! Good layout, decor, and amenities. Outdoor shower was fantastic, beds were comfy, great view and location. Communication with host was spot on, and even went above and beyond expectations! Recommend this home for sure!

A Wonderful location and house.You can walk everywhere! That's a huge plus (as opposed to other houses that you'd have to drive to the center area or rent a golf cart). The house is spacious and nice. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. You have what you need. There are local restaurants in walking distance, but we cooked most nights at home. The views and access to the beach are perfect. You walk right out to a very spacious (not very crowded) beach. The island is beautiful. We loved our stay and would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Great location

Had a great time but all the stairs was hard to manage for all of us since we are all over sixty. Next time I will book a one level house. Beautiful island overall.

Great Beach

The beach was amazing and the house was conveniently located near everything. There is no privacy on the back deck since you are feet away from houses on each side, thankfully we didn't have neighbors until the night before we left. Would stay again but not in peak season.

Perfect spot!

Communication with the host was a breeze. Very responsive & helpful. The location was spot on! Did not move the car all weekend, everything in walking distance. We had six adults, plenty of room, did not feel crowded or in each other's way. Can't wait to go back!!

Great Beach Home!

Our second stay in SGI. This is also our second stay at one of the "skinny" houses. Our family appreciated the top bedroom being more private, rather than an open loft. All the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms with a half bath behind the kitchen. The house was clean and well stocked. The owner was very quick to respond to us. We love the location because it's a short walk to shops and restaurants. The outdoor furniture was in good shape.

Great ocean access

We felt this house needed updating. The walk out to the beach had several rotten boards/holes in it. Very dangerous! The views were nice, but we were very disappointed in the condition of the interior.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Saint George Island. The property was in a great location, right on the beach. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Easy bike ride to state park and beach area. We found the property in need of some deep cleaning, many light bulbs burned out. Only one of the lawn chairs to take out to the beach was usable, the rest should be thrown. (Over all needs some TLC.)Property owner was easy to get ahold of when asked to check in a little early. We really appreciated that!

Exactly what we needed

This place was perfect for us! We wanted something right on the beach in a quiet, less commercialized area and this place provided just that. We were there right before spring break, so I'm not sure if this is the case year round, but it was perfect the first week of March. Our grown son was with us and the set up of this house allowed him to have his own space away from us in the third floor bedroom. The kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils, but bring your own seasonings, oils, charcoal if you intend to cook there. Heather responded to questions very quickly and even arranged for the return of a pullover that was left behind. This house was perfect for a family or two couples with the way it is set up. We are already planning our return sometime soon!

Great location

We really liked the location of the property and the set up. The lack of towels was very frustrating. There was ONE kitchen towel and dishrag. There was ONE bath towel each with wash rag. What that meant was doing small loads of laundry which was wasteful. Also we left the property much cleaner than we found it. We also found a cat collar with bird feathers on it as we cleaned to condo. It was under a bed and there was a lot of heavy dust under the bed. Overall we had a great time and loved the location and set up.
