  • Looking for a charming and cozy escape with good beach access? Then A Place In The Sun is for you! This spacious condo sits just across the street from the beach and offers nice Gulf views. Open living/dining/kitchen area has tile floors. Take a break from the beach and lounge by the shared pool, or enjoy a picnic on the semi-private sundeck. Multiple TVs/DVDs. Shared. laundry facilities. Just a short walk to the beach. Any reservations over 7 nights will have an additional maid fee for an additional cleaning service during the duration of your stay. Amazing location!

Great communication! Perfect location! Although it was a community pool, we never saw anyone else in it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a low key/quiet vacation!

This was the perfect place for a quick family trip to our favorite beach. This upstairs unit is a quick walk to the beach, and having the pool as an option with some friendly neighbors was awesome. The beds are SOOOO comfy, as are the chairs and couches in the living room. Thank you, Suzanne and Brian, for a wonderful stay!

*so clean *Short walk across the street to the beach *pool was refreshing *quick response and resolution I had about the TV (I’m not familiar with their platform) then it was easy to navigate *we will be saving this listing for a stay in the future for sure!

We enjoyed this property. So many great aspects from the ease of working with Suzanne, the location (across from beach with Ocean view, and the comfort of the condo. Would stay again when visiting SGI!

Excellent vacation place

We were very happy with our stay here! Everything about the condo met our needs. I found it because I was looking for a pet friendly place so we could bring our dog. It was also in a very good location.

The perfect honeymoon getaway

Perfect getaway with family

The hosts were very helpful throughout our trip. They were responsive to requests before the trip and questions while we were in the unit. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend and the beach was easily accessible.

Such a cute little place to stay with family & friends! We had all we needed and enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, store fronts and restaurants. Loved the area and low key atmosphere. Definitely on our return list!

Family Vacation

Great Rental

The space is cozy and clean. Plenty of room for our family. You can’t beat the view and the proximity of the rental to the beach. Communication was always great with owners. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great Place in the Sun

Everything about this place was perfect. Great view of the ocean right across the street. Well stocked kitchen tools, cookware, & fridge w ice maker. Comfy bed and pet friendly. Super nice owners as well. We can’t wait to come back.
