Perfect Stay Near Trails with Great Amenities!

We had a great stay at this townhome! The location was perfect—close to scenic trails for hiking and biking, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The townhome itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the community pool—it was well-maintained and a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable place to stay in the St. George area!

Overall, the place was great. The kitchen was well stocked and location in the complex was perfect. The upstairs king bed needs replaced--the mattress sinks in the middle. Biking and running trails right from the condo that connects to the red cliff area.

Great day for my family

This property had absolutely everything we needed for our three nights stay. Everything was fully stocked from the bathrooms, the laundry and the kitchen. They manage this property well! It was very clean and inviting as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, easy process

It was really smooth checking in and booking the place. The place is clean, high quality, and had a lot of amenities. They have put a lot of work into the home and it is decorated very nicely. My only complaint would be that it would be nice to turn the air down past 72 in such a hot location.

Great Property

This is a great property and we really enjoyed staying here. It's in a very convenient location with easy access to the freeway. It was quiet and comfortable and the Easter decorations were so cute. We loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. The only thing that was somewhat negative for us were the blinds in the bedrooms. They let in the light from the streetlight at night, and the sun in the morning. It was difficult for some to sleep with that much light coming in. Even so, we would definitely stay there again.

Very clean & had everything you could need! Very well appointed kitchen...more than enough dishes & cooking equipment. Only thing we would have like were black out blinds/drapes. Street lights & sun light come right in bedrooms.

Great Place!

Very spacious and clean. Has everything needed to make the stay easy and convenient.

This was a perfect property for a family. Lots to do right there! Pool, hot tub, ping png table, air hockey table, WII and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were all very comfortable and we felt very safe walking through the neighborhood.

Very Nice Rental

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Sleeping arrangements were great. Plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. It was nice that they had a nice big stocked kitchen to cook meals in easily. They provided crockpot, grill, blender even a popcorn maker. My kids loved it. Highly recommended this property.

Beautiful property

Lovely home that is well appointed and comfortable. Excellent beds. Having to remove shoes is hard for people who have bad feet and wear orthotic shoes. My husband had to repair a few items (ie front door handle, guest towel bar was loose, and replaced batteries in living room remote so TV would work) so as not to be blamed for. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a beautiful home. Visited a few other properties while there and this unit was the most beautiful by far. Definitely would stay here again if in area. Thank You

Clean, new, fun complex!

Stayed here over spring break 2021. We had three families in the unit. Loved that it has two master bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom connected to it. The third bedroom has FOUR queen beds and a king! Beds were very comfortable! Same with the pillows. The whole place was spotless and I’m a bit of a clean freak. Also the unit had everything we needed in the kitchen including slices which made it nice for cooking. Everything was labeled and easy to find. The pool area was very nice. A bit of a walk from the unit but not bad. We loved the place and would definitely recommend to anyone.
