The photos and description of this property do not do it justice…and they are pretty amazing.
This was our first trip to St George to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday. This house fit our entire group with ease and everyone had their own space, really comfortable beds, just a ton of bathrooms, and for such an old house, I was amazed at how everything worked as though the house had just been built. (Plenty of hot water, rooms were cool when it was 95 degrees outside, WiFi was awesome, great dishwasher, extra refrigerator…the works!)
The location was perfect. We went to Zion, Bryce Canyon and to Vegas for a show. (All within an easy driving distance and plenty of parking.) Not only that, but you are living in a house that is literally on the walking “Historic District Tour” map. We popped in to a few of the historic places (within a few blocks) for tours, walked to several great restaurants and the local ice cream place, but then were also able to sit outside and BBQ for our entire group in the shady (and cool) outdoor dining space in the backyard.
We also took a two minute drive to Pioneer Park to climb the beautiful red bluffs and watch the sunset over St George.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, there were fun games, cute kids spaces and books…everything was thoughtfully and beautifully included for our stay.
Again, the house is fabulous the location was perfect, and we hope to come back again soon! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!
