Great Home in a Great Location

My family had to come to St George on short notice and the home worked perfectly for our needs. It was nice finding a home with king and queen beds, along with enough bathrooms for everyone to use. We enjoyed our stay in the home and were fortunate to find it.

Great location

This unit is located perfectly for trails and a 5min drive to town. Kids loved the pool right across the street and the pickle ball court within walking distance. Plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortably.

Great layout for adults

We loved the bedroom/bathroom set up for our group of friends. Lots of privacy. The beds were comfortable. We were disappointed in the lack of attention to detail when it came to cleanliness, but the property manager was responsive and passed on our comments to make sure everything would be taken care of for the next guests.

After Christmas Stay

Undoubtedly a lovely property. Lots of bedrooms and well-stocked kitchen with pantry basics and great pots and pans for cooking. Only downside, there was not a great deal of room for lounging inside. There is a sofa and a loveseat and chair. Otherwise, you'll need to get comfy at the kitchen table. We had seven people in our group (including a three-year-old), and were a bit strained for stretch out space to watch TV and chill when we weren't swimming or playing pickle ball. Bedrooms are gorgeous with lots of room. But for hanging out collectively, not so much. Pool is NOT heated in winter, so everyone was in the hot tub. And most of the time, the hot tub was too crowded for all of us to get in, so we went back to the property.

We had a great golf trip at The Ledges! The property was clean, large and very close to many courses. Easy check in and out. It was well stocked and fit everyone comfortably. We would love to come back again next year!

Fun artwork and quiet stay

It was fun to see the owner’s artwork throughout the property. Very talented! Such a quiet-comfortable stay. Loved being right across from the swimming pool. We had a great stay!

Family vacation

This condo was amazing! It had everything you didn’t even know you would need. It felt very homey and the artwork made it so cheerful. Our kids loved having big tvs in their rooms and the pool right across the street. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. I only wish we could have been there more. We were out exploring so much. Thanks for a great stay!

BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION

This home was immaculate! It was so clean, so we’ll stocked, decorated beautifully and everything is new! It’s spacious and perfect for a group! The beds were perfect and ALL nice and BIG! There’s a TV in EVERY room! The bathrooms were perfect and have everything you need! The kitchen was SO well stocked! They even leave you some food to eat if you need (pasta, sauce, noodles, popcorn - that kind of thing). Truly, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you’d need! They don’t skimp on anything. They even had a first aid kit! The location is the BEST - right across from the pool! You don’t get a better location than that! The art is BEAUTIFUL around the home! It adds such perfect balance of color to the color scheme. The owners did a fabulous of job of incorporating neutral colors with fun splashes or orange, teal, and color with the art! They knew what they were doing and did it very tastefully! The artist is the owners too! AMAZING! The garage is spacious and perfect for parking bikes and a large SUV. It’s got a really great feel to it! My ONLY downsides are that it’s a little further from town (which could be plus to get away from the craziness and see the stars at night - those are amazing at night)! Apparently too they were really backed up (with Spring Break) and we weren’t able to get in/check-in bc the cleaners came back at our chick-in time and we had to wait in the hot sun with our luggage for them to clean! It was way past 4 pm and we were dying to finally get a break and get out of the car and out of the sun! We were pretty bugged by that. They accused us of being there before check-in, but they were good about open communication and understanding we were waiting to get inside while cleaners were still in there at our check-in time. Minor hang up that bugged, but overall the house trumped that late check-in.
