Buena experiencia

La casa es hermosa y las instalaciones del condominio son muy agradable! Solo cambiaria que el grill estuviera en la terraza del 3 piso.

Fun in the sun!

This Desert Color property was close to the Lagoon Beach and grocery store, and a short drive to restaurants. We enjoyed spending time together at the lagoon, and on the trails nearby. We were impressed with the cleanliness and care of the grounds. We will most likely come back for another long weekend with our family.

Too small

This house isn't big enough to stay comfortably (we were a group of 11). The kitchen is too narrow and doesn't have enough pots and pans for a group of that size (making pasta was a real challenge). The spaces are divided, so there isn't a place big enough in the entire house where we could all interact together. Having beds for x number of people doesn't necessarily mean it's suitable for accommodating that many people.

Family vacation

We had a lot of fun at this property. The lagoon was so cool and my kids really loved the pool too. The upstairs room with the bunk beds was also a hit! The phone reception in the house was spotty which was our only issue, but we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, small but works!

This was a clean and well equipped rental. Lots of games for the days weather wasn’t super warm, or when it rained. I have the heart of a designer so I may be more attuned to layout than others. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a lovely place and had everything we needed. The footprint is small and the unit is 3 stories high. The living space isn’t big, we like to hang out and play games and such in the evening, a little squishy for that with a passel of kids. There is a great lounge deck on the top, privet and well equipped with fire pit and furniture. We didn’t use it tho because some kids wanted to play yard games and to hang out on the deck floors up wasn’t ideal for us. There’s a fabulous lawn right out the door. A big hot tub very close by that was often unoccupied and we put to use. The lagoon, pool and pickleball courts were all a big hit. We found a basketball court in a park across the street. Lots of lovely walking and biking trails. Close to the interstate so easy to get anywhere. Such a treat of a place. Oh, one other thing, if you have tender sleepers, bring a sound machine. The condos on either side, the sound travels. But nothing a sound machine couldn’t mask for my baby.

Fun area, new feel

Very clean nice place. This unit was a little tricky to find at first since it's on the backside of the building which is the courtyard side but that also made for less traffic and better front door view. For being the off season though the pool was really busy and the hot tubs always full. The lagoon was ice cold so everyone was in the pool. We did enjoy our stay though, nice area.

Perfect Condo for Girls' Weekend!

We loved the ample space and rooms that could accommodate one or many people comfortably. We felt spoiled in this clean condo with plenty of amenities! The location was great and we enjoyed the hot tub that was closest.

Great St. George Getaway

New townhome with plenty of room for a big family. Came down for the marathon then had a great time in the sun and pool. Lagoon was closed but will come back when it's open. Would stay here again.

Nice stay in St. George at Desert Color

First time staying in Desert Color but really liked the space and amenities. Townhome was well stocked and comfortable with plenty of space - overall we were pleased with our stay and would consider returning. My only negative feedback is that housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning before we arrived. There were crumbs in the dining chains and floors, hair on the pillow cases, etc.

Fun place to stay

Overall good experience. The good: Fun new resort. The pool and lagoon were great. We loved the roof top patio. Everything was clean and service was good. The bad: We missed the beautiful views we have had in other places we've stayed in St George. This unit faces into a courtyard and another building. It would have been nice to have a map showing where each unit is located so we could have found an outside facing unit. Cell service (Verizon) is very spotty on site so make sure you have calls over wifi enabled on your phone. The walls are VERY thin! We could hear conversations next door so we are very careful to be quiet the whole time. Other considerations (neither good nor bad) These are 3 story units that are tall and narrow. This means that there was a lot of running up and down stairs. This wasn't a problem for our family, but it may be for others. There is a ground level bedroom for grandparents, but the rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. Our information provided had the wrong WiFi password, but you can find the correct password on the panel in the pantry. The host was responsive and helpful in addressing this concern. You need to sign a rental agreement online in addition to the VRBO agreement. You can't get your check in info until that is finished. This requires providing names of everyone in your party so that you can get the wrist bands for the pool and lagoon. It is out of the way. While there are future plans to add retail, it is currently not an area that you can walk the whole time. You'll need a car to get groceries, shop, or dine out. It's only about 10 minutes to Walmart so it's not bad.

Three levels for individual space

Me, my daughters and granddaughters stayed here on a recent visit to St. George. The grandkids loved having their own space on the top floor which had bunk beds a seating area and outdoor deck, they felt like they had their own condo. The second level was perfect for my daughters with their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The main floor living space has a nice master and it’s own bathroom, plenty of room for a group. The pool and lagoon is a added bonus.
