Sentimos mucho que haya tenido problemas con su aire acondicionado. Tenemos una persona las 24 horas del dia por si algun problema surge. Desafortunadamente si no nos enteramos del problema cuando sucede no lo podemos arreglar. Por lo de desayuno se refiere lamentamos que no le haya gustado, afortunadamente hay muchos lugares cercanos donde venden desayuno.

We stay here a lot and usually have no complaints, but this time it was not as great. The music on the pool speakers was so loud and it went on until after 9:30pm. It was being controlled by someone on staff because they would skip songs. We know this because we came down at 9pm to use the spa after it was empty from all the kids. The spa jets were broken, and there was no note telling us otherwise, so we got ready, came down, only to find that the jets didn’t work. The room (247) had blood splatter on the ceiling (from injection use, I know this because I work cleaning public parks in Las Vegas), had dirty red decorative pillows on the beds which I don’t think can even be cleaned properly, and I don’t think the room had been vacuumed in a bit because there was crumbs along the bed. When we checked out there was no vacuum noises although we saw tons of carts cleaning vacated rooms. On that note as well, the hotel maid barely knocked before just entering our room while we were getting ready. Did NOT appreciate that. They should knock LOUDLY, not with whatever they used to knock with that could barely be heard. I think it was a room key. She only waited maybe one second and then just came in. We had no time to reply because we didn’t know what the noise was. Not sure we’ll return. Used to love it here and have been coming here for years because it’s different and well located, but this kinda put us over the edge. Sucks.

The staff are very friendly, however, we had a horrible experience trying to get some help with a broken fridge in the room. We asked at least twice and no one ever showed up. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

We live nearby but my sister came from Indiana so me, my son, and my sister got a room for a night to have some swimming and mini golf fun. It was quiet at night, had a great breakfast, and the pool and amenities were so much fun!!!! The front desk ladies were kind and helpful. Even though we live in town I think we'd book another night sometime for a little staycation. We loved the place!

However, I would not come back here because I had to leave the hotel at 4:30 AM, which meant I had to go to bed early. This hotel was OK for the price. The pool and activities looked fun, unfortunately we didn’t get to use any of them. The room was clean, But the bathroom was very old and needs some updating. This hotel definitely had a few more rules than others. You need a breakfast ticket. You are not allowed to have any guests on property. They charge fees for animals. I think it was $25 a night. Which is fine, but I didn’t see it listed anywhere on Expedia what the fees were, it just said the hotel was pet friendly. They also place a $100 hold on your credit card for incidentals which is pretty standard, but the thing I thought that was not like other hotels, at least as far as my experience goes, she said it could take up to 14 days to refund. We had two rooms so I have $200 charged to my card for possibly 14 days.

Beds are comfy. Rooms are fairly quiet except other rude guest clopping up and down the stairs. I would only recommend they get some oatmeal and bagel options and tea at breakfast.
