Nice place at a good price. Everything was clean and as described. Everyone in the family really enjoyed it. The location on the golf course lends itself to great views throughout the day. Will definitely try to book again when we visit the area.

We loved our stay at Quail run. Apartment was spacious, comfortable, well stocked, nice beds, great views!We wanted a good pool and it delivered ! Pool was big, clean, enough seating in shade and sun, not crowded and just a 4 minute walk. We didn’t play pickleballs but there’s two courses.The Ledges is close to the north entrance to Snow Canyon, we rented e-bikes on the property and they were great and so much fun for an evening ride.No complains and would love to go back! Thanks

Zion getaway

We stayed for three days March 2025 for the kids spring break. The property was as advertised. Beautiful and comfortable. Great mountain views. Property was clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful Home with a view!

This listing looked wonderful online but exceeded our expectations in person! The views were great, the space was perfect for our family of six. Very family friendly environment with the pool being a hit with the kids! Though we had close neighbors we felt that our little corner was still private. Very clean and well stocked. We absolutely loved staying here.

Outstanding communication

The property was extremely clean. On the first night after hours I could not get the television to work and contacted the management company who got back to me within 5 minutes to walk me through the set up. The following day we sent a message asking if the windows overlooking the golf course could be cleaned and someone was there in a short amount of time to clean them. The property was great and the management company was even better.

Perfect getaway location and amenities.

Close to main road and clubhouse amenities. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean and floor plan to fit large family if needed. Literally across the street from hiking/biking trails.

Zion vacation

Property was clean and ready to go. We had zero problems with anything while there. We were away at Zion much of the daytime but did enjoy some pickle ball at night. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

It was a great place with a gorgeous little drive just outside St George

We loved it all! Kitchen was well stocked. Clean and spacious. The short drive outside of town was gorgeous! The pools were lovely and the whole process was easy. We would stay again and recommend!

Painted Horse

We did not stay at Quail Corner. We switched to The Painted Horse for an extra bedroom when.our party got larger. I can't say enough about The Painted Horse. It was beautifully furnished and fully equipped for our party of 8. Everyone loved it and we will probably be back at some point. Beds were comfortable, nights were quiet. Great sleeping. Plenty of towels and beach towels for the pool too. Not really happy with the seating at the table for playing poker. The bench seating was impossible having no back and the wooden chairs were extremely hard. We brought chairs in from the patio. Note to manager: the screen on the living room sliding glass door needs replacement or some serious repair. It does not slide at all. The tree in the front yard needs trimming. Everyone had to duck and weave to get under the branches. And everyone complained about the chaise lounges at the pool. Very uncomfortable to lie on. Other than that, it was a perfect weekend.

Did not want to leave!

We stayed at The Ledges for the first time and really enjoyed our stay. Our condo was beautifully decorated, organized and very clean. Perfect floor plan for four adults with plenty of room. Our view off the back patio was of the 18 th fairway and the the surrounding mountains…breathtaking! The management company was very easy to work with to arrange a needed late check out. Only criticism was the hot water heater was turned up way too high and the hot water in the showers and tap was scalding. Could be a liability issue.

Awesome Stay in St George

We loved, everything was clean and in order. Accurate pictures and amenities in a beautiful home in a beautiful area. We would love to purchase something in the area and this would be just the type of place we would like. Only small negative is they need to purchase two new non Stick pans as theirs are a bit worn. Other than that it is perfect and we will stay here again if possible!

Perfect in every way for our family!!!

Beautifully decorated villa with great amenities (Pickle ball courts, golf course, Fish Rock Grille, pool and hot tub). We used them all. Location was perfect for our "one with nature" social distancing State and National Park vacation. We enjoyed Snow Canyon less the 5 minutes up the road, 1 hr to Zion and 2:15 hrs to Bryce during our stay. Villa looked brand new, and still smelled brand new. Linens were high end and it came with everything you need in the kitchen to cook in or grill out (Which we did 3 nights). Out door seating was great for dining al fresco or just relaxing. Layout was great (3 BR - 4 beds) Well done Ledges and Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay at your lovely property! Highly recommend this villa - you won't be disappointed...
