What a great vacation in the St George area! This lovely townhome with amenities (pool, fitness center, & pickleball court) was a perfect place for our stay - great location & comfortable beds! Definitely would rent again!

A clean & Fun Place

This was perfect for my 3 athlete boys. They loved the sports pictures, the TV’s in every room and the arcade football game. Such a fun place.

Purdy’s Place

We’ve stayed at this property a couple times because it is super pet friendly. I did have to contact the host and management company. Both responded quickly to answer my questions. I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful home

Great house that allows dogs. Beds were comfy, everything was clean, decor was great! Would highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We enjoyed this dog friendly townhome. The pool was heated and our teens enjoyed the pickleball court. We would stay here again!

Purdy's place review

Overall a nice property. The kitchen was well appointed with all the necessary equipment. We liked that all the storage was labeled. The dog area was enclosed and adequate but be sure your dogs are acclimated to using astro-turf. Other then the pool and pickleball court there wasn't much to do in the immediate area that didn't require driving.

Extremely Enjoyable

This property met every expectation. It is warm and inviting, a true home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked, which allowed us to prepare meals with ease. We had 8 people in our party as well as our pup. This property accommodated all of us, including outdoor space specifically designed with pets in mind. I highly recommend this property!

Southern Utah Getaway

Nice property with a great location. Communication was very good. Only issue was that we were given 2 door codes. The one given right after booking was the correct one. Thank heavens I had that one too. Also, didn't see email at the end since I received texts too. So we missed one of your instructions for the door code to notify you of our departure. Great place. Would recommend. Our dog loved it too.

Great location

This rental was perfect for our weekend getaway. Impeccable cleanliness and instructions on property rules. The internet was non-functional (froze for 7-10 mins every 20 minutes) that was an inconvenience. After resetting the router and multiple attempts, we simply our data. Other than that the house was amazing and would stay again

March get together

This is the second year in a row that we stayed at this place. My partner and I travel from Yuma on our way back to Canada and my niece & her family from Driggs ID. Great place to meet. We hope to do it again next year.

Such a Fantastic Dog Friendly Place and Great for Kids

I am still in shock that we were able to book this place when we did since it seemed like the place was pretty much booked. This was such a fun stay. Super dog friendly! They even had food/water bowls in the home for our dog and an area in the enclosed patio for the dogs to go potty. Plus a really cool sink in the half bath that you could potentially bath your little pup if need be. Our kids loved playing pickleball, playing at the park, and swimming. The pool had a great mix for adults/older kids to enjoy, plus a shallow area for the younger kids. There was plenty of space in the unit we stayed in and it was great that there was plenty of parking. Oh, and there were even some spaces for trailers which worked out perfect since we brought down an off-road vehicle. We would 100% stay here again and plan to!

The overall experience was fine but left us a bit put off.

Our experience was fine. The house was (moderately) clean and presentable and everything worked like expected but the overall experience was a bit off-putting. Having stayed in lots of short term rentals this rental management company came across as “hospitality is a secondary goal.” After signing a huge legal doc for 3 days of staying, being charged extra for a damage waver we didn’t need, being told to bring our own toilet paper and other consumables, and a long list of other requirements (some of which contradicted themselves with other docs), we felt like we were prisoners in the house, not guests. We received emails, long texts, written documentation in folders, printed instructions for laundry, it was all overwhelming. There was no “welcome home” aspect we’ve come to love with other short term rentals. It was more of a “you’re here because we allowed it. Here is what you do while you stay.” Obviously from my star ratings the above issues were not deal breakers but we will probably avoid this company going forward. It was too stressful being there. Outside of that here is where I feel they lost stars: Cleanliness - the toilets has not been scrubbed very well and there was quite a bit of hair along the tub corners. Everything else was as we’d expect it to be. Check-in process - our automated documents and texts did NOT have a door code like it was supposed to, we had to call and wait on hold to even get in the room which was frustrating after a long drive. Communication with property manager - we had to call on a few things, one required us to leave a voicemail and get a text back. Overall rating - we put “ok” because it really was. The fine print like fines and things were full page warnings, the consumables were plenty for our stay but their aggressive “you have one days worth of stuff - bring everything you need” caused undue stress and concern that they were going to nickel and dime us (which they fortunately did not do), but it wasn’t worth the anxiety for the whole stay when we’ve never had that elsewhere. There was also garbage bags in front of the house with dirty sheets in them they didn’t pick up prior to our check in time. If you don't mind these things it’s worth the cost to stay, but if you’re like us with little kids and already feel out of place and paranoid about taking care of a property while having an enjoyable time, I’d find another place to stay.

Great visit with family

We spent the winter in Arizona as and then met my niece and family at your place. We were heading back to Canada and they were coming from Idaho on spring break. Great place to stay. Would do it again
