Poolside Perfection is accurate!!

This place couldn't be in a better location with the pool right outside the front door. Very spacious layout and kept in great condition. The deck overlooking the pool was amazing at sunset and overall was a great place to spend Memorial Day weekend! I would definitley stay here again. Thanks!

The place was the ideal location, but the carpet was nasty and there was mice poop all throughout.

This house was an ideal location being right next to the pool. The downside to this location was the pond out back. Ducks and geese were making noises all through the night waking us up. We also couldn’t sleep well knowing there were mice in the house. Our first night we all were going to bed and someone found mouse poop in their bed. And then we discovered there was mouse poop all over the house. We were refunded our first night, which was great, and we were allowed to get a full refund so we could go somewhere else , but we couldn’t find a place for all of us to go so we had to stay. The pest control guy told us due to the rain this had been a problem for many of the homes and a couple of houses down there was a mouse infestation in one of the homes. Dan was helping us with everything and he was quick to get back to us. The carpet was absolutely disgusting and dirty. Our feet were black so we had to wear socks at all times. Whoever is doing their cleaning isn’t doing a good job. All vents have dust chunks on them. The house really is a great size and beds are comfortable, and it’s fully stocked with everything you need, it just needs a good deep clean and the mice need to go! If they weren’t so helpful and didn’t try their best to helps us I would have given them the lowest rating I could, but they really did try to make it right.

My new favorite

We've stayed at Ledges twice now and have had consistently good service from the property management company. The location next to Ledges Golf and Snow Canyon cannot be beat. Really love the pool and hot tub, and spent a lot of time on the pickleball courts. Cannot wait to return.

Great Place for families with kids of all ages

Our family stays in vacation rentals quite often & this one has to be our favorite! The pictures in the listing are exactly what to expect. Pool being within porch views and practically in the “backyard” was a plus! We have 3 families with 4 children and we were in the pool every day. Pickle ball courts were also fun and were used a lot by our entire family. We had kids of all ages and this house was perfect for them! The Galaga/PacMan game was a hit, even for the adults! We especially loved how there was so many areas to come together. The upstairs family room was one of our favorites. The kids loved the toys provided. The rooms were great, kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pans, we cooked dinner and breakfast every day! Only one thing I would change which has really nothing to do with the actual property is that there weren’t any stores or food places close by. The nearest ones were at least 10-15 min away and it was a hassle trying to go back and forth from the grocery store. But other than that, everything was awesome!

Excellent home

This home was great! It fit two families perfectly with a total of 6 kids. The pool was literally across the street and the house backed up to a pond on the golf course. Another huge plus for the home is that it was the last home on a dead end street, we really liked that. Right next to the pool was the pickle ball court, a little small only 2 courts, but super easy to get onto to play and we found some racquets and ball in the closet. These owners also added the HUGE benefit of having an extra refrigerator in the garage! So so extremely helpful. There were only 2 slightly less favorable items, neither of which have to do with the home. One is the pool area has terrible lighting in the evening and the pool is not lit at all, the second, the home is a little on the outskirts of town but again this home is completely worth the stay. Homeowners did a GREAT job.

Perfect place for a team

Beautiful resort with awesome properties! We stayed in a 4 bedroom with 6 beds for 6 guys!! 2 rooms where king beds, 2 other rooms with 2 queen beds!! Truly a home away from home with all the amenities plus more!! We will be staying here again next year!!

Perfect space for family and friends in beautiful surroundings.

Our stay with 2 families with Ironman athletes was perfect in your home. Great space for the 7 of us to relax separately as well as together. The location gave us views of the red cliffs of Snow Canyon from the balcony. We also took advantage of the bike path along highway 18 to ride a loop through the park as well to experience the Ironman course ahead of the race. The area was super peaceful which we loved ahead of and after race day. Access to the large 2-car garage was useful for our bikes as well as parking. We recognized the limitation of just having the golf club lodge being the only local food option, and enjoyed the large kitchen to cook most of our meals. We found all the needed utensils and equipment in the kitchen. We planned our grocery store stops with other travel into town which worked out fine. The balcony provided a fantastic view, however without shade, we were not really able to enjoy it during the day as the sun was intense. The local pool and hot tub were well kept, and we appreciated the pool towels in the house for our use. The large TV's in each room with DISH programming access was much appreciated. We would definitely look to stay again and refer others.

Best place ever

We stayed at the same “poolside perfection”three years ago and loved it then and loved it last week. They are so well-stocked, bedding is great, close to the pool, close to the pickle ball courts, everything was fantastic.

Great location near the amenities without lots of noise

This was our second trip to this home. We loved sitting on the upstairs patio watching kids play in the pool and on the pickle ball courts. We really appreciated being so close, and we’re pleasantly surprised that we heard almost no noise from the pool and courts. Overall a fantastic stay, will stay again.

Poolside Perfect

We love this house. It was perfect! My favorite part was sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool with Snow Canyon in the background and watching the moon set, then star gazing. The house was super clean, very quiet, the kitchen had every thing we needed to cook with, and very comfortable. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

Best View/Location at the Ledges

This is our second time staying at this property. I checked every property available and this one has the best views! I love being located right across from the pool. LOVE the beds and sheets...super soft and comfy. The ONLY recommendation is for the pool... get more layout chairs. We always had a place to sit , but some people didn’t .

Great Vacation Location

Our group greatly enjoyed our stay. The place was stocked well and very clean. The kids really enjoyed the vintage games upstairs (Mrs Pacman & Space Invaders). We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be returning again.

Spring break

Excellent place for families! Very clean and well stocked. Appreciated the pool towels. Wish the Pac man game was free as we went through 3 or 4 rolls of quarters... highly recommend.
