Arrived to find towel with hair on it hung on the door. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The toilet seats are chipped, and dated. Could use some paint on the baseboards. Just needs a little facelift.

Relaxed vacation

We enjoyed our stay. There was ample room in the condo for dining and relaxing. The community pool was a great bonus. The nearby parks were wonderful for hiking. This is the second time we stayed at this property and we plan to stay again.

Weekend stay

Our stay in this condo was great. The furniture was different than what the picture showed, but it was nicely updated. This unit accommodated our group perfectly. We were able to use two of the pools and the amenities at the large family pool were awesome for the kids. Thanks for a great stay!!

This condo was SO clean. Fully stocked kitchen, great location, plenty of towels and room for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Not bad not great

Lots of little things could easily be fixed and make the stay at least comparable to a good hotel. Such as, the couches are in serious need of replacing. They are flaking and made it very uncomfortable to sit on. The coffee pot water filter needs replacing and coffee pot still had grounds in it. Outlets need replacing, plugs just fall out of them. A few towels needed to be replaced as they had frayed parts. The floors must be super thin because we could hear every movement from the people above us and both nights we had the people below us come ask us to "keep it down" at 8pm and we weren't even doing anything out of the ordinary. Everything else was fine. Beds and linens were good. Cookware and silverware good. Binder of information was helpful. Property was a cute fun place to stay, the kids enjoyed the pools. But I feel like if I had spent just a little more, I could have had just all around a little bit "nicer".

Stay at condo #1209

Overall I was quite pleased with the condo location, quiet setting, landscaping, amenities and management. Recommend decalcifying the coffee maker on a regular basis to remove mineral buildup residue in the water reservoir and the brewing basket. This will not only clean the coffeemaker it will add years to it!

The kitchen facet is broke, the ice machine is broke and the sliding doors blinds kept falling off. Loved the pool areas. Would I stay there again yes but not in that condo

My stay in St. George

I absolutely enjoyed it. My kids did too. The swimming pools and all the activities right on the resort were excellent and without having to leave the resort. Parks were all with in 5 minutes away along with the grocery store and gas station. Location was great! The unit was very ideal for myself and 4 kids. The unit had everything I needed to prepare my family their own meals. I would very much enjoy staying there again in that same unit when I travel to that area. It was very clean and comfortable. Like its advertised, it felt like home away from home.

Great location and wonderful resort

We booked this unit because of the closeness to the Nets on Fire gym and it did not disappoint. Several pools for the whole family to enjoy. Extremely easy check in/out process. Nothing to complain about. Thanks for a great weekend.

Winter replacement trip for Hawaii.

Since we couldn't go to Hawaii we thought we would go to St George again, This condo was in the same area we stayed in 5 years ago. The living room furniture should be replaced also the condo could use a good cleaning. It was a well stocked kitchen everything we needed. Nice pool and hot tub close to the unit.

Great for old MTB guys

Nice place on the 2nd floor, back porch faces south for sun and views of hot tub. Stairs were closed for repairs but I didn't mind the elevator. Got there at 1:30 PM and had to pay extra to check in early (b4 4 PM) even though the condo complex was pretty much empty, so had to give the 1 star rating to the check-in and prop mgr. Kitchen area is big, open to living room. Coffee maker was not operating properly. Rooms were quiet on opposite sides of condo so you don't hear your friend snoring! Separate bathrooms was nice. Could use some pool towels, more towels in general. Plumbing fixtures are dated, could use an upgrade. Beds were great, firm but not too firm. Perfect for a couple of old MTB dudes lookin to ride in the desert in late DEC. Peace.
