Good location with frustrations

Master mattress was horrible, one side was completely broken-texted with the host but no response.Check in process was very frustrating-code given didn’t work, took lots of texts and phone calls and over an hour to get into the rental.They did refund the service fee.Carpet and rugs were stained and dirty feeling and looking. It was nice to be right next to the pool. Less amenities than other places we’ve stayed in Saint George.

Nice layout-Needs maintenance

The unit has a great layout with plenty of space. The pool is nice. Overall it met our needs. There were a lot of maintenance issues with the unit. Many of the items were things the management company couldn’t know without a guest reporting it, which I did so hopefully they will be fixed for the next guest. The lack of a real lock on the patio door is a bit concerning though.

Updated Rental Property, Nice Pool and Location

The location is nicely located to all nearby activities, the property is clean and new. Lots of space to hang out and enjoy. The pool and hot tub are a big hit. A lot of kids swimming late into the evening but appreciated the 10pm quiet time since you hear all of the noise as the condo backs out to the pool area. Parking was easy if you have one car. We went on a busy weekend so there were a lot of families and parking is limited. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the accommodations.

Loved the heated pool in December!

The heated pool and two hot tubs really made this a wonderful stay. The townhome was clean, new, and well appointed. If your group has multiple couples choose this property because it has kings in 3 of the 4 bedrooms while many other properties in the same complex only have one king sized bed. We enjoyed several hikes close to this location.

Modern spacious townhome

Overall, this is a very nice place. I stayed with my kids (ages 18 months-10 years old) and my husband. They loved the bunk room and proximity to the pool and hot tub. The location was conveniently located and it was well equipped with items necessary for our stay. (The high chair and pack and play were awesome.)The only feedback I have is that it could have been cleaner (toilets mostly). The bathroom sinks drained slow and we wish there had been games, maybe cards or dice. Overall, We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

AMAZING vacation rental!

We stayed here for a quick little family get away and we didn't want to leave! The home was very spacious but felt so cozy. It made us feel like it was our home. The kids loved having their own area upstairs and the built in bunk beds. The home was very clean! The pool was so much fun and having two hot tubs was so nice. It wasn't crowed at all. The property manager was very great to work with and is very fast at replying to messages! I highly recommend staying here. We actually have a trip booked To come back in march for our girls dance competition and we will definitely be staying here!

St George stay

The property is nice. But the carpets were dirty, leaves and other debris on the stairs, walls dirty. They need to have directions to run the heating units. Not that impressed.

Great place

We had a softball tournament this weekend and our condo was only 10 minutes away form the Canyons Complex ball park. All the amenities to properly cook with and great access to the pool. Everything was clean and comfortable

Plenty of bedrooms and en-suites for our multiple families to enjoy. The kids loved their own space and gaming area. The access to the pool right off the back door was a hit!

spacious. clean. updated. warm pool. quiet

Certain to stay here again very soon! The kids loved the large pool, slide and two large hot tubs and how the back patio is 10 ft from the gate into the pool area. The bunk beds were a huge hit and amenities were fantastic. Was also nice to be able to show up anytime and not have to meet anyone due to the updated technological keypad. No pressure to vacation on anyone's schedule but our own.

Our stay was very delightful. The particular unit was right next to the pool entrance and that was very convenient. It was very clean and well stocked. The layout couldn't have been better. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip to St. George.

Nice and new.... needs to work out some kinks!

Overall it was nice, clean, new and comfortable but there were two things that made it a frustrating stay. 1. The heater system was unique and we couldn’t figure it out. I left messages on the VRBO site but for some reason the VRBO messages don’t get to the managers of the property. After two days I finally got a hold on someone. He was awesome and we fixed the problem. 2. The place runs out of hot water after 1-2 showers or if you run the washing machine. If a place accommodates 8+ people there should be enough hot water to accommodate them.

Great townhome!

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for 10 of us, the kids particularly liked the built in bunk beds and walking right out the back door to the pool. The only negative is in one of the bedrooms upstairs the door to the outside had no window coverings and it was so bright it was impossible to sleep. We were glad we had extra blankets in our car to hang up over the door. Other than that great place!

Can’t wait for next year

Our short stay at the Lofts in Green Valley could not have been better. Our group of seven adults were in town for the Huntsman Senior Games so the roomy property was just perfect for us. The price was so reasonably when split seven ways. We appreciated the full kitchen, the BBQ, and the pool. The keyless entry was perfect for us all coming and going at different times. We will book again for next and plan to stay longer.
