First off the condo we stayed at was clean and the perfect space. I gave a lower star rating because of a few things. 1- it sounded like elephants were walking over our heads during the day, luckily our upstairs neighbors were quiet at night but there's not much insulation between the spaces. 2- The bedroom windows are facing the parking area, which means even with the blinds closed, we could still see throughout our room all night long. I would suggest blackout curtains, or talk to management about turning off parking garage lights, but then there's safety risks right!? 3- Most condos and resorts stays we have had stock the kitchen but then also add a few spices and cooking spray. I had to make a Walmart run before cooking breakfast on our first morning because I didn't want eggs to stick (we packed in our food- not a complete deal breaker but was inconvenient). 4- The resort itself was okay, pickleball courts were always packed, so plan to go early or go during the heat of the day when groups clear out. But my biggest frustration with the resort was the pools. The lagoon is freezing-we didn't have paddle boards, I'm not sure I would've gotten in anyway, my toe was enough. My boys used the heated pools but one of the days we were there, my boys were the only ones in the pool. One other person got in, on the opposite side, no where near my boys. My boys are older so they started tossing a football in the water, an employee came up and said they had to stop.
