Great place!

We had wonderful time staying here! Location to the pool and pickle ball court was perfect for having 7 kids with us! The home was clean and beautiful! We will definitely come again!

Lots of room

There is lots of room to mingle upstairs, out on the deck and in the family room. We liked that. The location worked out well for us. We enjoyed biking down snow canyon and back up the path by the road. It's a fun loop. Very close to golfing. Tuacahn is a reasonable distance as well.

Spacious Oasis

2 families consisting of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 8-11) stayed here and found it to be more than enough space to spread out and relax or come together in the kitchen for meals or games at the table. It was so nice to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom and for the bathrooms to all have body wash, shampoo, and conditioner available to use. The location was great being across the street from the pool. We could look out the window to see if it was crowded before going there. It was also just a short drive to town to pick up food. Some reviewers mentioned low water pressure or lack of hot water for their group but we had no problems with multiple showers being used at once. As for seeing the sites, it’s a little over an hour to get to Zion National Park and 2.5 hours to Bryce Canyon. Everything in this rental was clean and well thought out. Check in and out was super easy…we highly recommend staying here!

Super clean, well thought-out vacation rental

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The home was immaculately clean and you cant tell was not a personal residence that was quickly flipped into a vacation rental, but a property that was designed to be a vacation rental from the beginning as far as I can tell. The available beds and bathrooms were perfect for our needs and we all really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Whoever is managing this property is doing a great job! We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great experience!

Nice place, would have made some changes

Nice size, kid room upstairs echos throughout entire house. Could use better seating in the main area. And the water heater ran out every. Single. Day. With that many people staying there they really should have a better option. Zero water pressure if more than one person was showering. Was very clean except for the soaking wet towels folded underneath the bathroom sinks.

St. George Sanctuary!

It the place was clean, spacious, and we felt very welcomed! Love the area! Went on a scenic nine mile jog, starting from the condo.enjoyed the hot tub right across the road! Second trip back

Thank you again for such a wonderful stay for my family and I to enjoy while I competed in the 70.3 world championships. The condo was perfect for us and everyone had a great time. I love watching the sunset and sitting around the bonfire upstairs. Hope to be back soon!!

Perfect—only criticism is hard bed

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is beautiful and homey! Community pools and courts were convenient, clean, and provided hours of enjoyment. If we ever had a need or a question, management was quick to respond. For those of us who slept upstairs, the first night was warm. We couldn’t adjust the temp as much as we would have liked. Apart from that, our only complaint was the hardness of the queen bed with the bunk beds. We had three families and so two couples got the king beds which were very comfortable. The queen bed though felt so hard, it seemed as though my husband and I were on the ground. Neither of us slept well the entire week because it was so uncomfortable. If you are needing this third bedroom for adults and you don’t love sleeping on the floor, you may want to reevaluate. All the mattress needs is a memory foam topper to make it much more pleasant for a vacationer.

The place was absolutely beautiful, but the king size beds were so uncomfortable. The swimming pool chairs were worse. No chairs to sit in only laying out chairs.Disappointed in the pool area.

Utah National Parks Escape

We had a wonderful time at The Ledges. We spent each morning exploring Utah's natural wonders, including Snow Canyon Park which is accessible by foot or bike from The Ledges. We then came back and enjoyed the pool for a few hours before heading into St. George to enjoy dinner at the many fine restaurants available. We closed each night in front of the fire pit in the outdoor deck. Oasis by the Pool at The Ledges was a beautiful property fully equipped with everything we needed. The Ledges staff was super responsive. When we found the glass in our coffee pot was cracked, they had a new coffee maker at our door within 10 minutes. We will recommend to friends and family for sure.

Great place!

Had 15 women for a sisters/ daughters womens trip! Clean, accommodated us all. Pool right across the street was nice. Upper deck very cute. Some said beds could be a little softer but other than that great place!

Great location

We had a great stay. Property was clean and cozy. Mattresses were seriously comfortable. I usually hate rental or hotel mattresses but my back didn’t hurt at all! Kids loved the game room and it was so handy to run across the street to go swimming. This location seems far away at first but it’s a ten minute drive down to a lot of restaurants and stores. And the location was really beautiful. Took about 20 min to drive across town for a soccer tournament but worth it for the convenience to the food. Would stay there again!
