Host was welcoming. There was constant communication. The place was perfect for our family. Spacious so we didn't feel tight. Each bedroom has a bathroom they can use, which is great when having 4 adults and 1 child. We attend soccer tournaments and vacation in St. George many times through the year. We have used Ledges a few times and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this home to anyone!

Fabulous getaway

Loved the accommodations! Great pool and pickle ball courts. They had plenty of nice towels and pool towels. Loved the deck for relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked.

Excellent Stay!

Our stay was very enjoyable, the property was perfect for us. The condo had plenty of room and was well stocked for all of our needs. The outside amenities were good to have, we especially enjoyed the pickleball courts. The price was very reasonable and the owner effectively communicated all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. Overall a great place to stay, we will be returning on a future trip.

Amazing!

Went on a short trip to St. George with a few friends, and had an amazing time! There are two pools and they were the perfect temperature, the pool was amazing during the hot day, and the hot tub was so relaxing at night. I would love to stay here again!

Great Property

This was an amazing property. We had my family (wife and 4 kids), my in-laws, and my sister-in-law’s family (husband and 3 kids) all stay together. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. It was close to the pool and pickle ball courts. One down fall, which wasn’t necessarily because of this property, but the street lights as you walked to the pool weren’t functioning properly and the lighting leading up to the gate to enter the swimming pool were out.

Great place to stay

Stayed for a birthday trip with friends and had a blast. The pools, hot tubs, and pickleball courts were all within walking distance and very convenient. The main floor suite was listed as having a walk-in closet, but it was locked (likely for the owner’s use). Otherwise it was the perfect place to stay

Good choice

The condo was clean and roomy enough for our group. The trash pickup on Monday was weird. We put the van out Sunday night and brought it in Monday morning after it had been emptied and found it outside two more times that day.

Accommodated our party well

We enjoyed our stay at this property, it is new and so there are a few things that need to be fixed. The main bathroom upstairs didn’t stay closed, we didn’t get any dishwashing soap and not a lot of garbage sacks. There was plenty of beds, loved that 3 out of the 4 bedrooms had it’s own bathroom. That is such a plus. I had checked out the washer and dryer the first day and it was a good thing because there were towels in the dryer and also in the washer that needed to be changed. Fun location for the St George marathon, it was right out our back sliding door.

Air conditioning

It was very hot in the rooms upstairs. Unfortunately the room that was the hottest was the one with the bunk beds for the kids so they didn’t get much sleep with the heat. Other than that the place was very clean and plenty of supplies to make our stay great.
