This was in a beautiful location. Stores are not close by so just plan accordingly but we did love where it was and had a great time.

Who Let the Dogs Out (In)?

Well, rating this stay puts a person in a bit of a quandary. The location is excellent, and the house, too. The property managers—bless them—were quick to respond. But three stars is what it gets, mainly for a conspicuous lack of cleaning.We found crumbs enough for a church mouse picnic, coffee grounds reminding of mornings past, and a grill grease trap so full it went up in a smoky blaze during the first use!Worse, though, was the dog hair. A dusting of white fur clung to everything in the living areas—couches, rugs, and pillows, upstairs and down. Shortly after we arrived, groceries were delivered from Walmart, and a box of dog food was in that delivery! This place swears up and down that it is 'No Pets Allowed'! It seems rules are just suggestions in some parts. I showed the property manager photographic proof of this furry calamity. They hurried right over, took one look, and refunded the cleaning fee, which was decent enough. Still, getting money back doesn't quite sanitize the memory. You expect 'no pets' to mean no ghostly kennel leavings from tenants past. Finding them anyway ain't right. Hence, the middling three stars.That said, I would still consider renting this property again if I was certain it would be spotless when we arrived, and I would give it five stars if that were the case.

Everything I expected and more

This property was just as I expected based on photos and reviews. Clean, well-kept, well stocked. Excellent communication. Great location on the 18th hole, across from the golf club. If I had to come up with something, the only thing I found lacking was lotion. It's quite dry in St. George and I forgot lotion. Something I noticed, in November, the sun doesn't hit the back patio at all, and the balcony doesn't get much sun either, just due to the orientation of the home.

This location was wonderful; we were right across from the pool and jacuzzi. We love that the pool had a shallow area for our three-year-old so we knew she was safe. Loved all the stars that were visible at night, too.

Beautiful spot right on the course

Great condo right to the side of the 18th hole of the ledges golf course. Also right across street from pool and hot tub. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a spot to rent in the area.

Lovely Stay in St. George

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful Resort! It is close to Snow Canyon and in the heart of the mountains. Beautiful landscape and surroundings. We loved being right on the golf course and watching the morning geese. The condo was perfect for our family. Beautifully furnished, clean and close to the pool! We will being staying at The Ledges Resort again!

Perfect Location

This was the perfect spot for a Tuacahn Girls Weekend! Plenty of room to spread out, and very clean and comfortable. It was so nice to watch the quail pass through the backyard every morning.

Perfect experience!

We were so happy with our stay here! The owners were prompt with our check in instructions, the property was very clean and the accommodations are fantastic! Good location just out of town and a nice pool and hot tub area. We would recommend this place to our closest friends and family.
