Accommodated our family easily. Loved having everything available to us (washer/dryer, garage, ping pong, extra chairs/tables, hot tub, extra appliances, plenty of bath and pool towels…). It was a fun week of swimming, pickleball, and games. We made wonderful memories.

Great property

We had a large group with many teen boys. The facilities, such as the pickle ball courts, heated swimming pool and hot tub were all well maintained and clean and the boys used them often. The resort itself was quiet and well taken care of. The property had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and everything was very clean (I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness). We would definitely stay here again.

Great house

This house was great! Very clean and comfy. The only thing I would say that was a LITTLE bit of a bummer was that when we arrived the hot tub was cold. We had to wait a while for it to form up. Other than that, there are no complaints whatsoever. We hope to stay there again.

Such a great vacation spot!

we loved everything about the ledges condo and community. The house was very roomy and functional and accommodated our large group perfectly. We loved having a pool and Pickleball court so close the restaurant was delicious as well thank you so much. We will be back.

Great space for entire family

Our annual girl’s trip was held here. Great condo. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean, nice bedding, fully stocked kitchen. Enough space for us all to sit around and visit. Thought we would use the hot tub but ran out of time. Great amenities with pickleball and swimming pools. Close to walking trail. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation.

Staying at Ledges was amazing for the whole family! The rental was very clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The check in and check out process was easy. Overall it was a fun stay and we are happy with the time spent in St. George.

Perfect for family gathering place

This home is a perfect family gathering place! We had my grown siblings and their spouses coming in from Wyoming, Maryland, Texas, Nevada and Arizona and this was a perfect place to relax and be a home base while we explored Zion, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow and Bryce Canyon parks and the St. George area. The home is very well appointed and had everything we needed. It even had pickleball courts and a beautiful pool right on the end of the block!

Property was clean and very nice. Tucked away from the city but easy drive into town. We loved all the appliances, equipment for outdoor activities, and easy access to the pool and courts. Staff was so helpful and friendly! We will definitely stay again.

The Kitchen, dining and family room has plenty of space for a family. The pool and pickleball courts are nearby. The upstairs arcade games kept the kids entertained too.

Great place to stay

It was a great place for us to meet together as a family for a celebration of life. We loved the amenities hot tub, game room, bikes, etc. Having a pool and pickle ball court close by was awesome. I would recommend this to others and when we come back to St. George we would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful and plenty of room!

We had a wonderful stay for a family adventures. Many different people going in different directions and this was a wonderful location and accommodated our needs well. The space was inviting and had plenty of room for everyone to have individual time as well. We love the game room, fire pit, an outdoor living space. All around a great place.
