Nice place

We had such a great time! The house was very comfortable,cozy and we really enjoyed our time there. The kids enjoyed the games! Definitely we will come back we want to try the warm pool. During our stay was raining and was very cold for us. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful, Spacious Space

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. The house has plenty of space and big enough rooms that people could gather together and play games or seperate and have some quiet time too. There was plenty of bedding and towels provided as well. The location is a bit out of St. George proper, which was a pain for us because we were driving back and forth from Washington and St.George for soccer games each day. Obviously, that's on me for not reading through the description well prior to booking. So just be mindful of that before booking. However, we loved walking the various sidewalks and nearby trails, it is a beautiful area! The only complaint I have is that the air hockey table wasn't working and one of the controllers on the video games upstairs wasn't working right either. These fun games were one of the main reasons we booked this home over others, and prior to coming down I had messaged the host specifically to ensure they were all working. They said to their knowledge they were. It was a bit of a bummer for the boys in our group to not have the games to play with. Overall, I would recommend the house. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and quick responses from the host. Thanks!!!

Nice stay in Northern St. George

The property was clean, well-kept, and nicely decorated. Communication with the property manager was easy and thorough. The pool was pretty crowded during the day (and the pickleball courts in the evening) but other than that we couldn't have asked for a better place.

Great layout for kids

We stayed here with 9 kids ages 4 and under and were able to spread all the kids out which made for great sleep. The rooms were also very sound proof! The only issue was the house was over decorated with small breakables- definitely not kid friendly in that regard.

5 Star Property

The house was very clean and in great shape. It looks out onto the pool which was very nice to be so close and have a view. The kitchen is very large, there is a nice laundry room, the master bedroom is on the main level, there is a great loft with games upstairs, and the bedrooms upstairs are very nice. There are 2 balconies and a lower patio with a BBQ and table for outside dining. I highly recommend this property. The location is near everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay

The location is amazing, right in the entrance to the subdivision and backs up to the pool and pickleball courts. Lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. Maybe could've been a little cleaner and we wish the BBQ grill was working. Other than that, it was great.

Perfect St. George family getaway

With a great view of the pool and the benefits of an end unit, this home is a perfect family getaway. The arcade games and included toys were a hit, and the unit is beautifully furnished. There is easy access to both St. George and Snow Canyon and plenty to do at the resort itself. Thanks for a great weekend!

To pricey to stay with roaches

Pros: Location was overall great and the house is spacious. Cons: Remote control for garage door was dead. Cleanliness needs a little work. Sheets in master bedroom were dingy. Pool towels were in the dryer we had to search for them. The smell when you enter wasn't inviting I had to open windows to air it out. The stovetop buttons are broken so you don't know if gas is on or off, this is very dangerous. Also I had a crawling baby and the worst of it all was we found a couple of live roaches during our stay. Gross! When I brought this up to management all I got was a "thanks for informing us. We will get the house sprayed." As a renter for the amount of money we spent I expected a more apologetic approach.

Family Getaway

We rented this condo for our annual family trip. We had 3 married couples, 2 single adults and 3 children. Everyone loved the condo, which is very spacious and beautifully appointed. It was fun to have the pool and pickleball courts right outside our back door.

Great quick getaway!

We loved our rental! It was a spacious, clean, beautiful home! The only complaint we had was the house guests/neighbor that was connected to the unit. Both nights we were there, they were very loud through the early morning. Nothing against the rental we had!

Get-a-Way at Greenwind

We had a great time at the Greenwind property! There was plenty of room--3 different bunkbeds--so everyone had a bed. We were a little surprised to find the upstairs balcony door open when we arrived and the ice maker didn't work in the fridge, but everything else was just like the photos. We used the BBQ, which worked great and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Excellent Property for Multiple Familes

Great property! We had 3 families staying in the house and it was perfect. This home is located right next to the pool and pickles ball courts, the kids loved it as did we since we could see them at all times firm the comfort of the great patios. Great bunk room that lets all the kids stay together. The 2 arcade games and air hockey table were also a great treat.

Bigger than expected

So good my husband wanted to buy a place here!

We spent spring break here and loved every second of it! We had two families with four children each and it felt spacious and perfect. The house had everything we needed, with comfortable beds, plenty of dishes, and great indoor and outdoor spaces. It was perfectly clean when we arrived and had lots of fun extras like pickle ball supplies and pool floaties. We'll definitely be back!
